Real street tacos and fusion. Good bang for the buck. Available late nights. Conveniently located behind the hair of the dog. Best desert street tacos I've had. Pop up. Many great salsas to choose from.
I don't typically leave reviews, but these are so delicious I had to! I was visiting Palm Springs for the weekend and stopped at Ruberry Salsa Taco stand. These were some of the best tacos I've ever had and I'm a very picky person when it comes to food. The sauce, the different flavors of the tacos, the vibe of the people! Everything was on point! I live a couple hours away and would drive here just for these tacos!

Pop-up location behind Hair of the Dog. Open late, delicious, reasonably priced. What more could you ask for? Lots of different salsas, all yummy. The Korean tacos are my own favorite; if you can add kimchi to a taco, why wouldn't you?
