“Popped into Palermo's this afternoon for the first time. I usually go to the Mexican place next door when I'm dining in this area, but decided I'd give pizza in Palm Springs another shot. We've lived here for 2 5 years and never found really good pizza. Palermo's did not disappoint! This has literally got to be the best pizza I've had in the Coachella Valley. The sauce? Made by hand. The owner was making a fresh batch while I ate. Its got a clean, fresh flavor that is not heavy and not overwhelming. The tomato truly tastes fresh and not sour or too sweet. This pizza the the perfect thickness and was cooked to perfection. I read the other review where the individual ordered the pizza delivered by DoorDash and it showed up ruined. I'm not sure, about Doordash, but the owner of this establishment knows his business. I watched him lecture a Doordash driver on taking care of the pizza for 5 minutes. This man cares about his product. I highly recommend this place.“
“A friend bright us here for dinner after church. We hadn’t been to Giuseppe’s in at least 6 years, and had forgotten about it.Our server was excellent, explaining the menu and making very good recommendations. I wish I wrote down his name!My partner had the sole, which he loved. My friend and I shared a pizza, which was the best I’ve had in California, after moving here 10 years ago.Hopefully someone will treat us to dinner here again sometime, as we can’t afford to eat out anymore.“
“I always grab the classic Shrimp Burrito. It's filled with shrimp, never leaving you to wonder where all the meat is. It tastes good as is, but I always go overboard with their self serve salsa on the side. You can go ham with cilantro and lime. The entree gives you chips on the side. BUT if you take the survey that's part of your receipt you can either choose a free drink or ANY dessert. Which is insane by the way. I LOVE their blondie toffee brownies. You need their chipotle salsa in your life, that flavor is one of the reasons I come back when I'm in the mood for Mexican food. Even when their dining room is filled, it's still enjoyable to eat inside. Pretty well maintained with everything in the store. Now about the employees their newest team manager, Jason, is a much needed addition. He was extremely sweet, friendly, patient and an all star team player. He talked to customers both during the transactions and to check up on them during their meal. So uncalled for in terms of service, I was blown away. He was so personable, he even got to cleaning tables and checking on stirring the pumped juice drinks as the pulp was settling. Sebastian who seemed to be a cook, was also very nice. When Jason had a question with redeeming our survey code, he helped in. He didn't give off the normal food service vibe of "what now" he was actually very helpful and friendly as well. All in all you have a great team now!“
“We came to this place two days in a row because it’s reallly good!!! The breakfast burrito is only $5 and it tastes so good! We met the owner Joe and the girls that work there and they were very sweet and kind and gave amazing service!
