One person to take your order one person beverage service the other person brings your order. Everybody waits for somebody else to get what you want.I'll be back to try it again.Parking: For a patty melt and a beverage over $20.I don't think so

Excellent burger... if anything, it was too large. Outside patio perfect for people watching.

We've been coming to Smokin' Burgers for 5 years. We used to love them...their happy hour was great, & they make a super burger & fries, but their service has become terrible. Drinks take forever to deliver & it takes an act of God to get a waiter to the table. It was so bad last time the waiter admitted it & apologized...& it wasn't even that busy. Sorry to see.

Great service and good food and drinks. Love that they have two happy hour times and that they're open late.

Cheese, bacon, avocado burger, fries and a margarita were a great dinner after golf with friends.

My husband and I came here for a casual wedding anniversary dinner. He became disabled back in December, and we have not been able to do much since then due to his disability. When we walked in, one of the owners approached us and asked if we preferred a high top table or a regular table due to my husband's "gimp" leg. While we are by no means uptight or lack a sense of humor, to be approached that way by someone we don't know was very demeaning and was very hurtful. He had no idea what my husband's disability was, but still chose to use language that could be offensive to anyone (disabled or not). He then doubled down by bringing our drink orders (husband ordered a beer and I ordered a cosmo), and saying to my husband, "if you were the one ordering a cosmo, we'd have to have some words". I like to give people the benefit of the doubt, but seriously this guy was in very poor taste. Thankfully our server was very kind and she took it upon herself to apologize profusely for her boss. We weren't looking for an apology, just some awareness of how people (especially disabled individuals) are treated. Hopefully others have a different experience than we did.

In town visiting, this place was right by the hotel. Service was great, our server was super kind and attentive. Everyone seemed really kind. Shroomin burger was good, but cooked too hot (pretty dark on the outside, pretty pink in the middle, but I was ok with it because I like pink). Fries were ok. Got the chocolate peanut butter cake - super dry cake, didn't even eat it.

Wow. Best cheese hamburger I have had in a long time. My wife has the Blackened chicken. She also loved her food. I recommend this place highly. The service was also awesome.

Great tasting burgers. Service was awesome. Wait staff tends to you as soon as you step foot in the door. Our waitress kept checking on us to make sure we were doing ok. Always with a smile and great attitude. Prices not too bad.

My wife's food was bad. They credited us $2 for the bad onion rings. Nothing for the bad Turkey Ruben. The manager was anything but helpful. Add to this a almost 90 minute wait for our food. Their excuse was new help in the kitchen. The food was very expensive for what we got. My wife burned her lip on her cremated onion rings. Go somewhere else for food!

It's late at night.. and you want good food that doesn't cost an arm and a leg? Smokin Burgers is hands down one of the best hidden gems of Palm Springs. If you're tired of downtown and want a laid back bar to sit and chow down please give Smokin' burgers a chance. The service and food are probably the best in all of Palm Springs without the posh attitude or pomp of your typical PS. I highly recommend the Turkey burger which was so juicy and tasty I couldn't shut up about it. Everything is good.. but gosh darnit that was great.. I will try to take a picture of my food before devouring next time.

Had the chicken Philly with my side being a cup of chicken gumbo. Both were amazing, especially when I dipped my sandwich in the gumbo juice ?so good!

while dining solo, I hoped to have an extraordinary experience based on the name of this establishment. I love burgers, and if there smokin, even more. Sorry to disappoint with this review S.B. But I give a 3 outta five for a few reasons. I waited 20 minutes for a waitperson to acknowledge me (I sat at a table) and when she did come over it was rushed and impatient, even though there were 3 other diners. I ordered a burger and "extra" crispy fries. And then I waited. And waited, and waited about 30 min more. My burger arrived (mushroom and Swiss) and wilted fries, my waitress even said here's your crispy fries. See photo. That's ballsy for sure. So, long wait, a waitress that might be pre-occupied and a very misleading name. Won't be back, but the music is pretty dope.
