Totally good normal Starbucks. Cool building. The sign says Starbucks reserve but its not a Starbucks reserve, as they don’t have the reserve drink menu found on other Starbucks reserves.
Starbucks is located pretty much in the middle of downtown Palm Springs. It’s large and spacious and very busy. It’s clearly gathering space for the LGBQ+ community that is warm and welcoming to everyone. Employees are friendly and work hard but it took a while to get our coffee. Just a very nice, pleasant place to sit and have a coffee if you’re into people watching. Indoor and outdoor patio seating.

Staff were great, however, they need more staff, especially on weekends. The line was to the door and there was very limited people at the registers. Both days we were there.The folks calling out the order names you could hardly hear. Every time I heard something like our name, I'd have to push through the crowds to see if they actually said our name. Most of the time, it wasn't.
