However, the wait is well worth it for the delicious food, organic flavors, and cool cocktails they offer. Be sure to try the El Diabla Shrimp - it's a must-have dish.Parking: In the back of the restaurantKid-friendliness: Kid friendly plates“

“Best place for live music in Palm Springs maybe even the Coachella Valley. Staff are super cool, the venue is historic and has that old school Palm Springs Vibe. Also the owners have a long history of working in LA with live acts and know what they are doing. It's my favorite place in town to chill. If you are a musician and looking for a place run by people who respect artists this is the place. No cover bands here thank goodness! It is the best place in the Coachella Valley, Banning, Indio, San Bernardino, Redlands, Riverside County for original bands from all over southern California from LA to San Diego!“

“We had a great time! The menu is tapas style and wines by the glass come in 3oz or 5oz. We tried 2 different wines per tapa and it was superb! The food and wine here is always excellent! Laura was our server and she was great! We had the bar singing like we were on an American Idol audition…it was fun!“

“Interesting to find a shabu shabu place in the middle of the desert. The service was good, but could improve it bit. After we ordered, for the next 29-25 minutes no one stopped by and ask if we needed anything. The food, for the most part, was decent. The quality of the beef itself was slightly disappointing. We ordered both the regular and the premium, and both were just okay. We also had the octopus tapa and the sea bass tapa. They were pretty good, but the eggplant that came with the sea bass was well prepared and its texture was very good. We also had a few hot sake. They were excellent as well“

“Fresh farm to table fare with attentive service and good ol' fashion classics filling the room (and I mean REAL classics as in Sinatra and Armstrong)! Upon arrival the staff effortlessly brings you their gigantic menu which is ever changing to keep up with the seasonal ingredients. We ordered the duck charcuterie board. The fresh baked bread served alongside is reminiscent of North Italia with a nice crunch and brush of olive oil. The duck prosciutto was cut thick, salami tasty and kumquat Jam preserve just the perfect balance. Other tastings included the grilled dates and flatbread. For our entrees, we ordered the tenderloin (cooked to perfection and seriously melts in your mouth) and lamb shank. Both were served with creamy mash potatoes and grilled veggies for a healthy side. Our waiter Alejandra was lovely(!) and so knowledgeable about the offerings for evening. She truly takes pride in her job. Francisco provided top notch service, keeping our glasses full and quickly whisking away our dirty plates. MVP of the evening was Daniel of course and his sous chef who happily labored the evening away to perfect each and every dish from scratch. How do we know? Because we had front row seats to the open kitchen concept and enjoyed every bit of the food magic that unfolded. Love finding these hidden gems where the people that run it truly love what they do. As other reviewers have said, Daniel's isn't just dinner, it's an experience; so, pull up a chair, bring a good friend, enjoy the music and expect to be here for a while. And yes, it's worth it.“
