Please update hours. Went to get ice cream after my kids doctor appointment. Baskin robins was closed. It was 10:45am. Google says they opened at 10:30am. No hours posted anywhere outside store. Please update.

We stopped at this Baskin-Robbins location on our way home from a road trip. My wife called to my attention that one of the store employees was dressed inappropriately. She had on a T-shirt with no bra, and one could see her erect chest area. After eating our ice cream, she noticed that the employee's T-shirt was now wet around the same area and it didn't seem to concern the employee. The customer service was very poor, with zero regard for customers after taking orders. Also, the one of two open restrooms was not stocked. On our next trip. We will not be stopping by this establishment.

Best “Banana Split” I ever tried on any ice cream places within USA!!! Just pick your favorite ice cream and toppings.

My wife and I frequent this establishment once a month. Each time the quality of the shakes differ from too watery (consistency) to too thick. Overall, its not bad and that doesn’t change my decision to go there and order a shake.

Very friendly staff! All the ladies were super welcoming even though I came in 1hr before closing. The establishment is also very clean. The restrooms as well. Will definitely come back!

Today I went to get a shake and the employee was so rude. He ignored me and my questions. I asked for his name and he walked away. My husband was going to get a malt but because the employee was so very rude. We went somewhere else for him to get a shake.

Always drive a little further to come to this location because of the friendly staff but today I observed an employee that starts with an S and ends in a Y and has the letters AMM inbetween. He continously ignored the female customers questions and when she ask him his name, he looked right at her then turned to walk in the back without answering her question. He is a horrible employee who acted like he hates women.

When the store hours say close at 10pm does that mean they will close 15 minutes early so the employees can leave at 10 or does that mean that customers can come into the facility until 10? I'm just a little confused. I got to this location at 9:45pm they had all the ice cream covered the door locked and were mopping the floors. Then they turned off the lights at 9:48pm. I just want a little clarification so that way the next time I decide to leave my home to get ice cream I know to come 30 minutes before 10pm because they actually close at 945.

Lights out gone nobody in sight, why advertise saying closes at 10pm when you know those doors had to be locked by 9:30 for them to be closed up and gone before 10pm. Then I missed the other store I could have went to because I choose this one. Very disappointing

Friendly staff. Clean store, decent prices. Ok, got the essentials out of the way. Now the good stuff. Here's the story. Yesterday was National Sundae Day, so we were obligated to get ice cream. After confirming that a banana split is indeed a sundae, we headed to BR. We walked up to the counter and ordered to. Then the most amazing thing. Happened, they asked us what flavor ice cream we wanted! After getting over the shock, I ordered Reese's, cookie dough and butter pecan. It was the most amazing banana split EVER! Did you know that Baskin-Robbins let's you pick your ice cream flavors AND toppings for a banana split? Well, we didn't. We. Will. Be. Back. Happy eating Yelpers!

Wife and I stopped in last night for National Sundae day and each got a banana split. Oh my what a great decision! We didn't realize that we got to pick our ice cream and toppings. Needless to say it was definitely what we wanted. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We will be back!
