the atmosphere and service is great but the food would make me come back over and over again, I would love to hibernate in this restaurant all winters :) Just so you know ,The menus are in a newspapers form . I keep reading the outside of it , wondering where are the menus, ???. Kids love the place.
I must say the food was delicious, and served hot to my liking. The Manager Erica and staff were so pleasant, kind and professional. The are was clean and quiet. I'm glad I had the opportunity to enjoy my birthday at Black bear diner. Keep up the good work.

This was my first time visiting this restaurant and I was initially excited as it was a cute place. What a major disappointment and frustrating experience it turned out to be. Once we were seated we sat and waited for at least 20 minutes just to have the waitress stop by our booth. We placed our order and waited at least another 10 minutes to get our water (we ordered hot chocolate and were told about 15 minutes later that the machine was broken).
