Pretty standard Black bear dinner - Really love the fresh squeeze orange juice ? and the Large portion sizes they actually give enough food you could share the meal.

The food was disgusting, the garlic bread tastes old and burger uncooked. It tastes like it had been warmed up.

This was my first time visiting this restaurant and I was initially excited as it was a cute place. What a major disappointment and frustrating experience it turned out to be. Once we were seated we sat and waited for at least 20 minutes just to have the waitress stop by our booth. We placed our order and waited at least another 10 minutes to get our water (we ordered hot chocolate and were told about 15 minutes later that the machine was broken). We also realized it was freezing in the restaurant, as the air conditioner was really blowing, on a day that the temperature was pretty cold outside, with the winds blowing pretty crazily. The food eventually came and it was mediocre, at best. I ordered their special Black Bear Burger ($18 or so, comes a la carte), and asked for grilled onions, and it had raw onions. Since the wait was so extreme, I ordered dessert before we finished our meal, in the hopes we'd get it somewhat timely. We ordered their berry pie and their bread pudding (both are warm). Again, our wait was like another 20-25 minutes, while we were sitting there freezing. When it finally arrived (wrapped up to go), I was informed they didnt have anymore bread pudding. Honestly, I will not be returning there. The truth of the matter is that the prices are very high for the quality of the food not to mention the horrible service and the unpleasant room temperature. The customers sitting in 2 other booths by us, also mentioned how they were freezing and had such a ridiculously long wait as well. They said their food wasn't great either. What a shame, their dessert was really great and they have an extensive, nice menu, although very pricey. They weren't even all that busy, at the time.

I keep reading the outside of it , wondering where are the menus, ???. Kids love the place.

They seated my wife and me, more than 20 minutes passed and no one came to serve us. We decided to go somewhere else. Very bad service, I don't recommend it.

Ambience is very nice but the service is amazing. Never a long wait.Parking: The pot roast melts in your mouth. The portions sre more than generous. Lots of children were attending. They seem to enjoy the decor. Very handicap friendly parking and seating. Next visit I am buying the big foot slippers!Kid-friendliness: It seemed like the perfect place fir kids. Saw a lot of kid date. ( grandparent/child, dad/child , mom/child.) Etc.Wheelchair accessibility: The handicap parking is straight firward with no high curb to navigate. No steep inclines. There are tables with room to sit at the table in your walker or wheel chair out of the path of any traffic.

Well my experience was pretty pleasant! My Server as well as Greeter was a young lady by the name of Brianna! She was very helpful when I asked about the certain items on the menu! She also had a pleasant personality and loved her smile ?. The wait to be seated wasn’t to bad! And our food that we received wasn’t to long of a wait neither! Brianna made sure that we all had everything and made us feel comfortable! Thank You for that experience Brianna and we do plan on returning!
