“Found this gem today after dinner in the same parking lot. We thought you couldn't compare shaved ice like in Hawaii but let me tell you it was just the same! Definitely will be returning. Prices are very affordable and great portions. So yummy!!!! So many flavors and combinations to choose from“
“I had driven by this place so many times, not knowing what it was. Finally went inside and was pleasantly surprised. Love their chicken teriyaki bowl. It's way better than Yoshinoya. Big servings. Easy rewards system. Friendly staff. I love coming here.“
“Best Hawaiian bbq in the AV! I tried other places and was so disappointed lol. I will always come back to Q&Q. And the woman at the counter always makes sure she gets my order right because I'm complicated and get things a specific way. She's very patient with me and very diligent in her work. The cooks are great they always make my food how I like it. Never have been disappointed in three years.“
“This was my second time trying this place and it was 100% SPOT ON. Both times have been extremely amazing with food quality, portion, and customer service. My first time ordering I was nervous but the employee guided me every step of the way with no judgement. This second time around a young man was kind and welcoming. I asked for recommendations and instead of saying "well it depends on you" he started pointing out different combinations I can do what suited best for my taste. I ordered a regular and the portion size was amazing. They are NOT stingy. There is a wide variety of toppings and sauces I 100% reccomend going here! They have my support! I forgot to take a pic of my food because I was enjoying it that much. I went on 11/18/2023 around 12:45 pm and had a poke bowl.“
“The service is a bit strange, as they are hiding behind a plastic shield, and send your food out thru a cardboard tube they created. Though, I may not understand their reasoning for this, it's just a bit bizarre. The restaurant itself is in shambels ... Plastic sheets hanging from the ceiling, things on the floor in disarray..., just a strange, not so inviting atmosphere, hinting on the rhelm of uncleanliness. BUT ..., with that stated ..., the food was Outstanding!!! Well presented, stayed warm till I got home, they remembered all the condiments, chopsticks, napkins ..., etc. Ordered online and was ready in maybe 15 mins. If you can order online, and just ignore the surroundings as you go thru the store to pick up your food, head to your eating spot, and enjoy your food ... you will assuredly be pleasantly surprised at how fantastic the food is. I will most certainly return, and will just simply squint as I retrieve my food. I hope someday they clean up and decorate the place, so I might be able to suggest it to family and friends ..., otherwise, if I just pick it up, they won't be any the wiser. Great food, not too pricey, close to home.PS --- I ordered the following:Dbl tuna roll PERFECT SPICEJalapeño "somethin" roll YUMMY, slightly deep friedAlaska roll DELICIOUS, good for those who don't care for hot & spicyRainbow roll GOOD AS ANYBEEF, and BEEF RIBS ..., I gotta say ..., not my cup of tea. Comes with lots of PLAIN rice (obviously a Hawaii thing), and some PLAIN macaroni salad (again AHT I'm sure)Edamame ... PERFECTCoconut Shrimp --- crunchy and sweet YUM“
“My family and I bought a smorgasbord of different sides and entrees, and we loved them all. The katsu and curry katsu were great. The pineapple rice was my wife's favorite. The tempura was awesome, and the gyoza (though really more like wontons) were the best I've ever had. The only dish I'd give less-than five stars to was the Dragon Ball, but even that was still pretty damn delicious. We came in and ordered at 7pm on a Friday night, and it took almost an hour for all of our food to be ready. They warned us upon ordering that it'd be a long wait because they needed to make a fresh batch of rice, but just be aware that you shouldn't be in a hurry when eating here. All the staff was incredibly cheerful and friendly, and the entire place has a very family vibe.Their decor is all old school NES/SNES stuff. This ain't fine-dining by any means - the tables were sorta old and dingy - but for takeout it was really great (besides the wait).“
“We used to order from here regularly, but unfortunately they no longer offer delivery to my area. Tonight we drove 40 minutes round trip for take-out. TOTALLY worth it. This little hole in the wall place is one of my favorites up here.Prices are going up like crazy everywhere, but this is one of the only places that still give you a ton of food for your money. My family of 3 always ends up with a few days of leftovers when we get the family meal deal. And their sushi rolls are great, definitely try the jalapeño roll.“
“These are my favorite foods to get here and it never fails! Too yummy, they have new workers and their service was great. The place looks well kept and have all the sauces closer to front which is convenient. Always come here when I'm craving some Katsu!“
“This review is based on the bbq chicken/short ribs combo and cheese wontons.Overall, I was very impressed! I really wanted some Ono's but there isn't any in town so I was hoping Ahi was just as good. I was so happy that the short ribs were tender and juicy! The bbq chicken was decent but didn't taste fresh and it was a little dry.The cheese wontons are good. I would order again just for the short ribs!I ordered via door dash so I didn't have any issues waiting and it came so fast!“
