Worst location in history of jumbo juice. The staff was rude the location smelled moldy, ended up still ordering and got food poisoning after. Wish I would have walked out. Big mistake I was throwing up all night.

Fast and fresh. Exactly what I needed, when I needed it. The environment was nonexistent, but the drinks (which is why I went) were good. I would go back, and would recommend.

Just another example of the great service I have come to expect here: showed up last night for a quick drink (mango a go go) and it was ready as soon as I walked in the door (ordered on the App). The staff working last night were great, as always! Will keep coming back again and again!

Dear Jamba Juice,I cannot contain my frustration any longer regarding the abysmal experience I had at your establishment. As a loyal customer who has previously tolerated mediocre service, I must say that my recent encounter with your pomegranate paradise smoothie has pushed me over the edge.Picture this: I ordered a supposedly refreshing pomegranate paradise smoothie, eagerly anticipating the delightful flavors that were promised. Little did I know that instead of a heavenly beverage, I would receive a teeth-crushing surprise in the form of a rock nestled within the confines of my smoothie! Yes, you read that correctly, a ROCK!Naturally, appalled and deeply concerned for my dental health, I approached the manager to address this egregious oversight. What did I receive in return for my valid complaint? A half-hearted offer of a refund! Oh, but wait! The manager couldn't provide the refund because I had the audacity to place my order through your app. How convenient it must be for Jamba Juice to shirk responsibility and pass the buck onto the helpless customers.The manager nonchalantly advised me to reach out to the company directly to resolve this issue. So I did as instructed, in the hopes that your so-called customer service department would exhibit a modicum of professionalism and concern for the well-being of its patrons. Alas, to no avail! I have yet to receive a single word of response or acknowledgment from Jamba Juice. It seems your customer service team is too busy sipping on their own smoothies to be bothered with addressing legitimate complaints.Do you realize the absurdity of this situation? I found a ROCK in my smoothie, expressed my dissatisfaction, and yet your company has chosen to ignore my grievance not once, but TWICE! Is this how Jamba Juice values its customers? By treating them with utter contempt and apathy?Allow me to make this clear: I will not be silenced by your callous disregard for my concerns. I refuse to remain a customer of a company that consistently fails to uphold even the most basic standards of quality and customer service. I went and clearly asked for a mango a go go , they gave me something with strawberry chunks that wasn't fully blended. I gave it back to get the right drink and they made me a mega mango . Then I take it back again for them to tell me now I have to wait 15-20 mins just to get it . Today they were very understaffed and the place was packed with a least a wait time of 30mins. Still currently waiting for my drink . It's 11:52am I've been here since 11:19am.

I will start off by two starts is for that the smoothies were good. -3 stars is for the service, I don't know how this is suppose to work but I will say what we delt with today. Came in to 4 people waiting ahead of us, which no problem, ordered and stepped to the side. After this friends of a worker named samari came in. Their orders were put infront of everyone waiting also got an employee discount and a free upgraded size for the other. Mind you 2 of the people who had been in there way longer than we had were still waiting for their drinks while the friends got to get theirs and go right away. Completely unprofessional and horrible system as the rest of us had to wait longer for them to get our drinks out. Also had left a 5$ tip I wish I could take back, won't be back will be taking our business to robeks across the street.
