My family went at 6:20pm on 12/28/23 to order açaí bowls. Staff were rude and said we aren't doing Açaí bowls only smoothies because we are getting ready to close. Both staff were rude and when looking over the menu to order the male cashier was gesturing his hand to hurry up. This is unacceptable customer service and there was plenty of time to still make the açaí bowls since they don't close until 7:00pm. As we were walking out at 6:30pm they locked the doors behind us. This is disappointing that they treated their customers this way.

Robex is the best! Freshest smoothies in town hands down. I love their avocado toast and Açaí bowls as well. The store manager is a super nice guy. Really friendly all the time. I’ll always support Robex!

I have been multiple times the staff is usually friendly there's a girl that works there that can be a bit rude when it comes to asking questions or subs. Beside that I haven't been back since they were closed down by the health department for a rodent/vermin problem and having a large amount of rodent contamination by the food 08/2023. Since they have reopened & hopefully handled the problem but for it to get to that point means the owner didn't care imo. Commenting because people should be aware when going here.

The smoothies aren't the same. They used to be thicker. Now they are like flavored milk. Not good at all anymore, and I have tried it 3 different times..must be some sort of cutbacks. Whatever the deal is...I'm not not paying that price for a watery smoothies. I'll just cross the street and go to Jamba juice.

Something is different about this place. The smoothies aren't thick anymore. Almost a watery and milky type texture. Overpriced for a consistency like that. Not sure what is going on but it has happened more than 3 times for my friends and I. Especially the peanut butter ones.

The food is good, toast are a little pricry but they are pretty good. Love the watermelon smoothie they have for summer. The hummingbird and raspberry one is so good. The service was great too. They were super nice. Pretty quiet in there but I do go on off times .

Every time I leave the gym and want a drink you go in and they say oh we're only making classic drinks and it's 20 min or 30 till they close! It's annoying
The drinks and food are great! The customer service however is not. The guys working there had alot of attitude and were not very friendly. Will definitely be back because the smoothies are worth it, hopefully next time the staff will be different.
