My bank or Starbucks double charged me when I loaded my card. And my online acct. Was compromised. I had to call customer service since the money on the gift card was gone. They said someone in Mexico used it. Or the SB location had a strange ID. My drink was yummy tho. The trust is gone now and everywhere we go is being hacked or stolen. I'm going to just stop using the app.
Service is okay but work ethic isn't the best. I noticed a lot of the employees take the lazy way out. Small example I ask for no strawberries in a drink because I don't like the seeds, accidents happen but rather than remaking the drink they just scooped out the strawberries, leaving all the seeds behind.

They should stop making the workers try to start conversations with you- at the window asking what your dream destination is and why- not to be rude but lady I don't want to talk to anyone until I get some coffee in me
