worst starbucks ever. i waited 15 minutes before asking about my order only to find out my latte was just sitting there and they never called it out. i also did another mobile order for my father who is diabetic and adjusted the sweetness to two pumps. i suspected they were making his and saw them put three pumps and then hand it out to me and i asked about the number of pumps and they lied straight to my face and said two when i clearly saw them put three. do not come to this starbucks, or any starbucks for that matter. they all have terrible customer service.

They should stop making the workers try to start conversations with you- at the window asking what your dream destination is and why- not to be rude but lady I don't want to talk to anyone until I get some coffee in me
