It was my first time in this store. I wish I had gotten the name of the lady who was closing the store last night. She was super sweet and thoughtful and I was very happy with my green tea order.
I walked in, spoke to the guy at the register and asked how is he and got no response. He stood up from his stool as if he was annoyed that I walked in and never lifted his head. Maybe I'll try another day but I didn't appreciate that.

I came in last weekend and there was an issue with the kiosk system. I was in a hurry but the girl who took my order was kind and apologetic and wrote down my order after paying. There were many customers in the store and my drink took a long time to get made because the girl had to keep running back and forth.
