“I think this place is very nice and welcoming. The food was amazing as well. There is nothing I would say is bad about this place. My mom brought me here as like a mother daughter date and I think it was a great choice. I see a lot of families eating here and celebrating. The service was great.Kid-friendliness: There are many kids that I have seen here.“
“Addicted to their new heniken 0% beer drink. It has a very smooth rich profile that blends the flavors of a good brew with a fine lime green tea. Very unique flavor based on about 10yr of Boba enjoyment . Love it. It's a reason it's signature. I had 2 if not 3. Great way to cool down and I'm sure the rest of the drinks are just as great.Seating is good and it can get crowded. There is online ordering and kiosk.Parking: Park a block away at the street lots. No parking on this busy street. Plus side it's very walkable.“
“Nice and friendly staff! Got the last mochi donut. Come before 4PM on weekends if you want to have flavor options. Best mochi donut in the area. Stir-fry boba is great texture but on the sweet side. They have crystal boba as well if you don't want sweet. Great instagram photo spots inside and outside the store!“
“I ordered via Snackpass so the whole process was touch-less and hassle-free. No human contacts. When they finished your orders, they would text you or Snackpass simply alerted me my order was ready before the estimated time. Quite fast considering the very long line. They were the only boba shop in Stanford shopping center, I think. Other drink shops I encountered were coffee and juices. The drinks were delicious, especially in hot days and you’re so dehydrated. They were so thirst quenching.Parking: Plenty of free parking lots in the mallKid-friendliness: Kids love milk tea and fruit teaWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair entrance and roadside“
“Very tasty boba, well made with great portions. The employees were very nice. Not very much sitting or standing room available. Will have to sit outside somewhere around the public seating closer to parking area. You will likely need to order at the kiosk that does not take cash.“
“This review is for the drinks only. This Boba shop has mini Boba options. So far I have tried the Rose black Milk Tea. It was good. Then got the classic milk tea w sea salt cream, coco jelly & red beans with 0% sweet because I know the red bean is coated with sugar water. It was really good. How do you recommend the drinks? However, I got the popcorn chicken and it was not good, super oily, and it tasted old. Had to buy said I threw the whole thing away.“
“I recently stumbled upon Ume Tea in Palo Alto, and I'm so glad I did. This place is an absolute gem! The boba here is beyond yummy, with each sip bursting with flavor and the pearls perfectly chewy. But what truly sets Ume Tea apart is its vibrant atmosphere. The sitting area is adorned with cute stuffed animals, creating a playful and inviting vibe that instantly puts a smile on your face. And let's not forget about their amazing selection of slushies, which are perfect for cooling off on a hot day. Whether you're craving a delicious boba drink or simply looking for a fun spot to hang out, Ume Tea is the place to be. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!“
“I absolutely love the brand Kung Fu Tea. Each time I visit I order their Taro Milk Black Tea with tapioca pearls (Boba) with 50% sugar and less ice. In my opinion, it’s their best milk tea along with their infamous Kung Fu Milk Tea.This outlet specifically was very nice because their staff was very kind to offer an extra cup and straws to my playful 2 year old niece. They also offered WiFi as I lost connection on my mobile network. Do visit them if you are around in Palo Alto. They also have a few play stations for kids entertainment.“
“I love the food, and the service is really good! Normally it takes like 5-10 minutes for the boba or your food to be ready. The only thing I don't like is the seating options. There are only like 3 tables with 2/4 chairs each. There's a lot of random teens that trash the area too so I recommend that you eat it at home or at a park. Since the food is so good I would give it 5 stars.“
“Kids love the Instagram wall. The parfaits and soft serve are yummy. While the drinks are just OK(tea slightly bitterer than I prefer and not the biggest fan of their strawberry buckwheat), their boba texture is the right chewiness level. Extremely kind staff remade a parfait after my kiddo dropped hers. It made her day.Dietary restrictions: They have oat milk for people with dairy allergiesKid-friendliness: Caffeine free options for kids include drinks are parfaits and soft serves“
“I discoved this wonderful tea shop through my doordash app. It was actually recommended and I'm super happy that I tried them out and now I'm hooked.I love the preparation they put into the teas, the size of the cups are PERFECT and the ingredients taste clean and fresh. My favorites are the Thai, Taro and Okinawa with red bean. They are soooooo DELICIOUS!!! Try them out, you won't regret it. ... update for my visit in store today, they actually also have baked goods and some candy as well. I purchased their chocolate chip pudge cookie and matcha green tea with white chocolate chips and both were super scrumptious ?.“
“This is a really spacious location compared to other locations they have in the area. Many tables for seating! A few people were waiting for their drinks and socializing. Cozy little spot. This is conveneient across from Ramen Nagi and Son & Garden as well.I recommend the Mango Mochi Coconut Pudding and the Jasmine Coconut Pudding! These are my favorites, but definitely get pricey. For drinks, my go-to is the Da Hong Pao (DHP) Latte with Jelly! Very fragrant tea, but still creamy from the milk. A well balanced milk tea.“
