Jin Sho offers authentic Japanese cuisine with amazing service. The Karage Chicken Entree tasted just like in Japan, while the sushi and roll were fresh and tasty. The miso marinated black cod was delicious, though the portion was small. The menu is mostly in the 20-30 dollar range, not as high as listed. Despite exceptional food, service was slow during the visit, but the overall experience was enjoyable.
