Well, we used to order cakes and pies from them when they were in Palo Alto on California Ave. Since they moved their location ( I think it may just be a commercial kitchen) to Menlo Park, I have not ordered from them since I live kind of far away. No words seriously!!! Ordered a custom cake for my husband's birthday and it went as seamless as possible. The process of ordering and picking it up went exceptionally as planned but the thing my friends rave about is the actual cake!! Cant describe it in words, that good!!
