My first time at this VA hospital was in 1985. Seven after being release from active duty. My vision was pretty bad. I was lucky to see about two inches in front of my chin. Now this year I hope to return to the Blind center and update on what is happening for the blind in a seeing world. Then in 1985 they were building making the hospital earthquake proof. New staff and many new friends.
