The food was good . I liked that they didn’t put too much rice around the rolls.

Absolutely lovely place for sushi & sashimi. Simple, no frills, but fish quality is top notch, probably better than most of the fancier places I've been to, yet for a very reasonable price.

We went to Araki Sushi for lunch. This lunch spot is located in the heart of what we call college row in Palo Alto. We were greeted immediately when we walked in. Given waters until everyone decided what they desired to drink. The menu is full of foodie possibilities. Two Friends got the Chicken Teriyaki Bento's. It includes soup, salad, steamed rice & 4 pcs California Roll. She added deep fried gyoza. Nicole enjoyed Eel Eggs. I forgot what it was called.... Ivan and Steven ordered the lunch special Roll combo. Any 2 Rolls $18.95. Any 3 Rolls $22.95. They're served with soup and salad. I enjoyed 8 pc deep fried California Roll. The portions are huge. They create everything fresh in front of you. Happily to say, we were full and ready to nap but hi ho back to work we go. Well definitely come back soon.

This place is so good! The staff is friendly, and service is fast. I love that they have dinner special options. For a little over 20 dollars I was able to get 2 sushi rolls, miso soup, and salad. The rolls were nice and flavorful. It got really crowded shorty after, but it wasn't too loud in there.

Reliable sushi place in a great location. Food is always fresh and service is quick. Leaves a bit to be desired in terms of flavor, but they are always there to quench a sushi craving. Indoor seating is on the smaller side, usually great for pickup

Some friends took me here and it is WONDERFUL. The sushi is the best I've ever had (and I've looked around a lot). The noodle soups were superb - so many veggies and seafood. The staff was quite lovely and polite, even though they were very busy. The atmosphere delightful - a lot of nice little touches in a beautiful casual setting. Prices very reasonable. So glad I found my new "favorite" sushi place! Please open one in San Carlos, we need a good one up here! : )

The food is good and the price is fair. I really like their bento lunches. This is my best choice when I'm working.

This spot is probably the most affordable sushi restaurant in Palo Alto. Each roll has a good amount of fresh fish and the service is great. Street parking is limited on weekends, but it shouldn't be too hard to find parking during the weekdays. Mango Crunch: Love this combination! The fish/mango is nice and cold, giving the sushi a refreshing yet savory taste. The tempura flakes add a nice crunchy texture to the sushi, making it a party in your mouth. Tekka Maki: Can't go wrong with tuna. The fish is fresh and simple rolls like this make me happy. Super cheap too! Samurai: Spicy Tuna was not spicy and was packed with tons of flavor. I love the combination of spicy tuna and salmon with this roll. If you want the best of both worlds, this is the roll to get.

Delicious sushi at great prices! Here's my take: Victoria's secret roll: Very different than anything I've had before. The roll is wrapped in foil and set on fire at your table. The taste was interesting but not my favorite. Philly roll: Incredibly delicious! It's a very simple roll but very well made. I even ordered a second one :) Tiger roll: This was a salmon, cream cheese and avocado roll and was better than expected. The amount of fish was great and overall great quality. Both the sake (salmon) and maguro (tuna) sushis were delicious. The portion of fish was very generous and yummy. The restaurant itself is nothing special ambient wise, but the man who served us was very nice and helpful. Will definitely come back.

This is a lovely little place with plenty of sushi options. The service is great too. We enjoyed (eel) sushi, salmon hand roll, and salmon roe. Excellent quality food, quick service, great location.I'd recommend finding parking a few streets away.
