I honestly don't get the hype. Tried it for the first time ever today and was highly disappointed. First off $5.35 for one cupcake is outrageous, I ordered the Sprinkle cupcake as how can you go wrong with classic funfetti. Apparently you can go very wrong. It was so dry and lacking of any flavor. It was a waste of calories to try this cupcake. The frosting was okay but overly sweet for my taste but atleast it had some kind of flavor unlike the cake itself. Would never recommend or try this locatiom atleast again. You are better off with buying cupcakes at Safeway.

The chocolate cupcakes were a huge miss for me (would not recommend).Black and white cupcake (2/5): This one lacked much flavor. The chocolate base had an unusual bitterness that wasn't enjoyable and just tasted off.Dark chocolate cupcake (1/5): The ganache on this one tasted strange, almost like candle wax. The base was the same as that of the black and white cupcake. However, I've heard better things about some of their non-chocolate flavors, so I might try one of those if I visit again.

Selma and team are the best! Did a fabulous job with last minute birthday cupcakes at the end of the day - thank you!

I took a bite of the cupcake and it was very stale and dry (definitely not fresh). I went back into the store and informed the worker of the quality and she told me that it was fresh (even after I showed her how dry the cupcake was). She didn't offer a new one and have me an "oh well" attitude. I then asked her to throw it away. The service was poor and the worker had no people skills.

The last time I went to sprinkles cupcakes I got six cupcakes and it was super expensive and all the cupcakes were dried out! They were not fresh! I ordered two chocolate with marshmallow filling and even with that it was dry because they put a teaspoon of filling in it. I also got two caramel and the frosting was hard like all the other cupcakes. Guess what! They were so bad I forgot what the other two were! I'am never going here again and by the way there was only one person in the whole establishment it was a Wednesday when I went. Maybe that has something to do with it!

I love Sprinkles LA. Anywhere else seems to be just ok. My fave has always been red velvet. Tried the cookie cupcake and it was super rich. The cake portion was super good but the frosting was so rich and just became too much for the muffin. Def want to go back and try other flavors though.

I love Sprinkles, but they NEED to add mini cupcakes at least by the dozen for bulk ordering. I always want to order from them, but end up going to the bundt cake place or other bakeries that sell bulk mini cupcakes.

I really did not think anything DIFFERENT about their cupcakes except they were always fresh and loved the flavors and the dog treats. Prices fair. Presentation etc. Well a couple of weeks ago at Valley Fair Mall I attempted to buy a couple from the kiosk outside Norsdtrom ground floor. Well dummy me I did not grab the first box as I was waiting for the second and to my surprise when you don't grab the box it times out and you lose it and your money. The second one came in the pick up box and of course I grabbed it. However they are a $1 here than in the Stanford Shopping Store. My recent trip there I explained what happened and without too much convincing I WAS believed and they gave me one for free. Well that is how you turn a negative experience around. No e-mails to here or there etc. I was offered that route and I said "No too much trouble" and just like that they bent the rules and voila. Gave it to my SA in Neimen's.

Today, I was craving some cupcakes, so I headed to Sprinkles. I indulged in my favorite red velvet cupcake, which never disappoints. While I was there, I also picked up a treat for my dog, a pup cake! In addition to the red velvet, the banana flavor is another favorite of ours. Today, we decided to try the gingerbread flavor, which turned out to be pretty good. I appreciate the straightforward ordering system and the excellent customer service provided by the staff.

These cupcakes use to be fresh. I bought the strawberry one yesterday and it was stale and slightly hard around the edges. Very disappointed. Tasted as if it was a left over cupcake from a few days.

Came in on my birthday for my free cupcake but you actually have to register two weeks in advance even if you show your ID.... sad but understandable. Order at kiosk was conviennent, lots of flavors, limited vegan selection, no silverware Gingerbread - Tastes exactly like a gingerbread cookie, a lot stronger flavor than I was expecting Blueberry lemon - super moist, frosting is more lemon and cake is blueberry. I wish it was less sweet. Carrot Cake- Tons of carrot shreds offers good texture and flavor, the frosting. I wish it had cream cheese frosting Sugar Cookie- this one giving! Superior topping, best flavor, sprinkles in the cake so good texture, super festive
