A high quality tea shop! It's a takeaway type of set up where you order from the kiosk or cashier, with plenty of seating in the center. I opted for a tieguanyin latte with pearls; I must add that it's rare to find a shop that has mini boba aka pearls so this is definitely a plus! Drink was ready in a few mins and it was just as I remembered from Taiwan. Definitely will visit again!
Very impressed with the quick service here, even during busy times. The boba is great although a little pricy. Very cool interior although there's not a place to sit, more grab and go. Easy parking since it's in the mall.

Quality milk tea and yummy quality boba but you pay a steep price and your time (waiting for a drink). The wait can be up to 25-30 mins on average. I guess the smart ones order online and pick up in the store! We got a regular size, prob 12 oz for $6.50! Ordered: Brown sugar boba milk. Will be back!
