Our first time here for a fancy date. Loved it! Delicious food, and excellent service. The bar was a bit slow, but otherwise, everything else was clockwork. Even the desert was remarkable.
Tamarine offers fine dining Vietnamese cuisine in a pleasant ambience. We made a reservation ahead of time for 2 and were promptly seated. The service is fantastic, our servers were very attentive and kind. We started with the watermelon gunkan rolls - not particularly impressive, the flavors were a bit off. The green jackfruit rendang was fantastic though - rice, roti, and delicious jackfruit curry. On the whole for what we paid, I probably wouldn’t go again but it was a pleasant...read full review

The imperial pho is amazing, light, balanced, perfect portion... The beef while still mostly rare melts in your mouth. There's a few other standout menu items including the Shaken beef and tuna tartare. Still haven't tried a lot of the things on the menu, though, because the pho is too good to skipDietary restrictions: Most dietary restrictions seem to be accommodated with specific dishes and requests
