The male bartender would not even say 'Hi" to acknowledge I was there. The female bartender would roll her eyes and look away implying my looking at her was annoying. Of course I am going to look at her, I just wanted a drink. She is not all that. When the male bartender finally got me a mixed drink, it tasted like the bleach water they used for washing the glasses. I did not drink it. After I paid they did not even have the courtesy of farewell, e.g. "thank you, have a nice evening'. They just gave me the bill and walked away. Seems racist against minorities to me. The worse experience in a bar I have ever had. I will never come back.

Been coming here for the past year with friends, because it's been a chill spot for happy hour... but today was by far the worst service I've had! We've always come here for the happy hour specials and I get the same thing all the time( sculptins and wings). After catching our bill, we were being over charged for our drinks. When I brought up to the waitress attention she states that the prices were changes 6 years ago?? Hmm how? If I was there last week and ordered the same thing.. she then stated that the waitress was always charging me the wrong price and being nice. The owner then came to tell us that our usual waitress was charging us a price she shouldn't have.. I ended up paying but thought it wanted right to be charged for extra drinks we didn't have so I decided to write a review as I always do for any place I go to... the owner came to my table and kicked me out for writing a review! I by far disappointed with the way I was treated today! She kicked me out for speaking up about me being over charged and saying it wasn't right! That's bs! I never plan to come back here! She definitely discriminated against us! I've had past receipts and the receipt from today?! I tried to show her that is not always the same waitress that serves us... I hope the cool waitress doesn't lose her job but this place needs to get their shhh together!

I forgot my black leather jacket. I called the reception in the afternoon, and they said they had it. But when I went in the evening, they said they hadn't found any black leather jacket.Also, the guy who checks IDs behaves very differently with brown-skinned people. The guy behind me was white, and security was all polite, like "How are you, sir?" But with me, he had this mean face and was like, "Show me your ID," almost as if he wanted to discourage me from entering. Didn't expect this in Palo Alto.

This is the best place ever!!! The service was fast and friendly and the food was delicious. I brought my dog and she was treated like royalty by all the staff. The patio was beautiful and well lit and had a bar in the back! Will definitely be making this place my weekly tradition!

The fish and chips are okay. The menu says it's cod. I wish it was more of a filet style instead of fish finger style.They have karaoke around 10pm on Tuesdays Wednesdays, trivia at 7pm on Wednesdays, night club on Thursdays.Happy hour is from 4-6pm (used to be till 7pm)
