I’ve been coming to this El Pollo loco for over a year and I love it. I just met the new GM Owen while he was walking around the restaurant introducing himself to guests. He asked me what I like about El Pollo loco and I told him that it was a great value and healthier than other fast food restaurants. He told me he agreed and said that places like McDonalds only make you full for an hour or two before your hungry again. I can’t imagine a life without El Pollo loco!
Food is a hit or miss. Most of the time they mess up on the order. It smells really bad in the dinning area, like urine or dirty mops. If you ask the team for condiments or to clean a table at times they will give you a hard time. It's unfortunate that this is the nearest location since at other locations I can say it's completely different.
