I was just at this place, and I'm on my lunch break and I forgot a fork sadly and this place was next to me and I go and simply ask for a fork nicely and the lady is so RUDE AND MEAN, she told me no and said I had to buy something for a fork, I would've but she was so rude about a fork.

I ordered an apple fritters and a cup of coffee this morning at the location on Roscoe, in Panorama City. The half and half was spoiled. It curdled in my coffee, smelled and tasted bitter. When I told the employee, she opened the container, smelled it, and drank some. She said no it's not. Another customer agreed that it was spoiled. Only then did she give us new coffee and half and half from the carton. The apple fritter has no apple anymore. It's not an apple fritters, just a big thick donut. Too bad. Used to love Winchell for over 6 decades, it was consistently very good at all locations. End of an era.

Foods ok but it gets crowded in the morning not a good idea to stop by when ur running late
