“i go here every week after school! the sandwiches, donuts, & drinks are all very tasty, and they're made pretty quickly!! the sandwiches are served warm, with the cheese melted perfectly. besides that, they also have chips and ice cream. so far, i've tried the combination croissant + caramel iced coffee, the turkey croissant, several donuts, and the milk tea boba! i have only one complaint: when you order two milk/thai tea bobas for the BOGO offer, they usually give you mostly ice... :(“
“I tried this restaurant for the first time and ordered the Bulgogi Rice Bowl and it was amazing. The price is well worth it because the food comes in big portions. The lady there was very sweet and we got our food pretty quickly. The place was empty but everything was clean. I absolutely recommend eating there!Parking: There are lots of shops nearby so parking right outside the restaurant might be a little difficult.“
“As a Taiwanese person who grew up in boba land, I can tell you that the boba milk tea is pretty good. It's more towards milky end instead of rich tea flavor ones. Their original recipe is not too sweet so there's no point to adjust the sweetness. Or just ask the owner to make his favorite ratio. You should totally give it a try. (I cannot endorse other items as I just tried one product)“
“My favorite place to get egg coffee outside of saigon or hanoi! Better than even some places in vietnam actually. The owner is super duper sweet and helpful. Every drink we have ever gotten here was excellent. The place is in the middle of kind of a drab shopping mall. So its hard to imagine such a gem can be found here. But give it a try. So so good.“
“I’ve gone to there 3 locations 2 in Long Beach and third in Cerritos all 3 have excellent service and great delicious donuts very different and unique in there own special way…my ultimate favorite is the Cream Cheese Guava Cronut Yes Yes and Hell Yes!! ???Thanks again for your unique Donuts!“
“Besteas Boba is pretty good, and they often have good deals. They have a large selection of options. Just be aware that many flavors can taste very artificial, so if you’re not into that it may not be the spot for you! The owners are very nice!“
“Decent spot for drinks but the boba pearls can be hit or miss. I usually go for their Hawaiian fruit tea w/o the actual boba pearls, and it is very refreshing and I would highly recommend. However I tried a brown sugar milk tea with boba & the boba in my drink was super hard / chewy - not very enjoyable & tasted undercooked. Hopefully it's just an odd batch! Overall solid spot and I like coming here when I don't feel like venturing far for boba.“
“Came across this hidden gem while driving down from the valley! Great quality and flavored drinks and one of the best Matcha latte with brûlée and oreos. An absolute game-changer! They use ceremonial grade matcha straight from Japan. The earthy matcha flavor combined with their cream brûlée made it an unforgettable experience. Not to mention their service and attentiveness is top-notch.“
“I realize that I am a bit of a donut aficionado. I don't go for the over priced stuff but am willing to try it. I go for the pink box and the genuine tastes! I go for the full flavor of the bread and the glaze! My favorite donut flavor is maple, and this is one of 3 donut shops that gets it right! You're not overwhelmed with sugar or oil, it's not generic "candy". You get the full maple donut experience. I love small local spots like this and hope to go back.“
“Absolutely humongous sizes! I always get the strawberry milk tea with no tea, so it's kind of like strawberry milk. It's very sweet, so I recommend asking for it less sweet. Their boba also always comes out super fresh,s o it is very warm at the bottom of your boba cup.“
“I really wanted to like this place more, but unfortunately there were a few things that brought them down to 4 stars. First thing first, the drinks. I like to get the regular milk tea from these places to really assess their quality and taste. If you can get the basics right, you're a step ahead! So, got their Brown Sugar milk tea with boba and it was okay. Nothing spectacular. I want to give them another try because they have some very interesting flavors and options in their menu such as the Hokkaido creamer milk substitute and the Oreo series blended drinks. I give them props for their ingredients as you can watch them make the drinks right in front of you and they made everything fresh to order, no premixed teas or powders. Their decor and theme is quirky and fun. You can tell they put an effort to make the place catch your attention and everything looked clean and organized. Prices are reasonable and within the market value for this type of stuff. The ding for me was the limited seating inside and the smell. It's not nasty like "I need to get the H-E-double-hockey-sticks outta here!" type of smell, but definitely a bit off. I tried to come back and try another drink when I was waiting for my tacos from the other place next to them, but that smell threw me off again. A little ding for not having any snacks at all. Not even like cookies or prepackaged Japanese treats or something. Anyway, that's my take on this place.“
“I used to frequent Bambu growing up and all the ones in my area closed. I saw this spot next to the restaurant I was having dinner at and knew I was going to be getting dessert from here. If I just hadn't had a pasta dinner, I would have ordered a Chewy Pandan but I knew that would be too filling so I opted for the Jelly Coco. The Jelly Coco is coconut water based instead of coconut milk so it's more refreshing and lighter. It fruits (coconut, lychee, longan) and fun pandan and basil seed bits. I enjoyed my drink and would definitely be returning to try the Chewy Pandan. Service was quick! We were there arounf 30 minutes before closing and although there were a few people who ordered ahead of us, we still got our drinks fairly quick. The inside has very few seating so I would'nt hangout there for too long.“
“This place is great. Love their eggrolls. And when I walk in, they start getting my order ready without me saying a word. And they even know that I like the fresh soy sauce instead of the pre-packaged one. They are super friendly, and the food Egg Roll are always fresh and delicious. And it is always busy but you never have to wait too long. Ambiance is good for a takeout spot, but they have a few chairs in case you need to sit down.“
“Knead Coffee is a gem that goes beyond just brewing your standard cup of joe. The Vietnamese coffee here is a revelation - strong, yet impeccably balanced with a smooth sweetness that energizes your day. Paired with their delicious donuts, which strike the perfect note of sweetness and texture, it's a match made in heaven for any coffee lover with a sweet tooth. But what truly sets Knead Coffee apart is the service. The staff are not just friendly, but genuinely amazing, creating an inviting atmosphere that makes you want to linger longer than you planned. Each visit is a delightful experience, thanks to the dedication and warmth of the team. For anyone in search of great coffee, scrumptious treats, and outstanding service, Knead Coffee is the spot.“
“Drinks : 10/10, I love sunright and their drinks! This my first time at this location and I'm glad I discovered it. It's a lot closer to me than the other locations. I got the grapefruit jasmine tea and it was SUPER refreshing! If you love grapefruit, get this! I also got the crème brulee boba milk with pudding and that was also a 10/10! Service : fast, friendly, and efficient. Ambiance : big space inside to wait! Decorated very modern and cute! Lots of photo ops!“
“Love this place ! Small and the drinks are very good! My daughter wanted boba, so I Googled and read the reviews and came. I'm happy I did because this will now be our boba spot,I ordered oreo boba, strawberry and banana smoothie, and a mocha smoothie ?. My hubby bought me a cute crocheted ?as you can see very adorable.“
“Came here on a Sunday around 8pm no wait we ordered at the kiosk. Parking right in front. Phone number to text when order is ready however it wasn't accurate we still waited like 10 minutes after it said our order was ready. Service was ok no greeting and when we checked up on our order they didn't acknowledge us really. Ordered the and marble mango it was alright taste was artificial flavoring. The strawberry milk tea and plain milk teas was ok. The best was probably the mango smoothie. Boba was good. Overall, good for a one time try.“
“Absolutely love this boba shop! It's my go-to spot, and I can't get enough of their Monster boba—it's my favorite. The best part is being able to customize the sweetness level to my liking. They offer an extensive selection of bobas and teas, so there's always something new to try. Highly recommend!“
“I love coming to Tea Leaf! The staff are amazing. The drinks are always so tasty and the service was excellent. The tables were nice and clean. The ambiance is so chill, you can come here to study or read a book and you won't be interrupted.“
“Pretty solid boba spot. Got myself a Hokkaido milk tea and I wish I got a large! It was milky and creamy. My bestie got the lavender milk tea and didn't like it. Sadly I didn't either. I might need to try other drinks.Very minimal contact with the workers since you get to order off an touchscreen.“
“I tried the coffee milk tea 50% sweet, and it was the BEST coffee milk tea I've had. Even at 100% sweet I think it would still be a good amount of sweetness and not too overpowering. It was honestly really good and I would definitely get it a hundred more times. The one thing though is that they are a bit on the pricey side, almost $7 if you get it with a topping. That's definitely the upper limit I've seen, different places range from $4.50 - $7. But it seems worth it here.“
“Came here for the hype and it was pleasant and enjoyable but nothing to really rave aboutThe server was really nice and accommodating when we were deciding on what drinks and add ons to orderWe ordered a couple of the classic milk teas and again, I'd come back here if I was in the neighborhood but wouldn't go too far out of my wayMapo Tots: Maybe get? It's a fun loaded tots idea but the two flavors don't really go hand in handFood/Drinks: 6/10Service: 8/10Atmosphere: 6/10Value: 6/10“
“I got the Topokki and chicken plate. Both were really good. I've never had Topokki before, but this was a good first try. The lady in front was very friendly and explained what exactly the dishes were, I really appreciated that. Will definitely go again.“
“We went today for their Grand Opening. The restaurant is clean. The Owner (Carmela), the one who got our order(Bianca), and all the staff are friendly. We got Baked bangus, Beef ribs, Tuna Belly, and Liempo. All tastes delicious. Bibingkinitan is very good, its still moist even when you reheat it on the microwave. Don't forget to get WOWTAHO! Tastes exactly like philippines. The Best Taho in SOCAL.“
“Reliably fresh and high quality donuts. Excellent service whether going in to get a single donut or placing a large order for an event. The blueberry yeast donut is the single best donut that I have eaten. Donuts are always fresh and delicious.“
“Right in the same plaza where Jollibee and BopoMofo the place which can get busy but you’ll get parking none the less! What we got:? Hokkaido Milk ice cream with strawberries and biscoff dust- perfectly creamy not too sweet but definitely delectable! Choose up to 2 toppings! Thai Milk Tea with brûlée and boba- don’t be shy to be extra! Oreo Cookie Milk Tea with Boba- of course the automatic kids favorite! Sour Strawberry Jasmine with Lychee Jelly- balanced sweet and tart Fruit Tea amazing with the lychee jelly Mango Milk with crystal boba- takes me back to my childhood, the mango they use is familiarly the same as we had in the Philippines (the best kind!) Red and Purple Latte- our new favorite! Red bean and purple rice is one 7 Miles showcased childhood drink and we are obsessed!“
“My kids and I love the variety of beverages here and the quality is always great. The decor and atmosphere is welcoming also and a nice trip we treat ourselves to sometimes. No matter how different a drink we want, the staff is always accommodating. I love the taro milk tea, and sometimes I add lavender tea - It's delish!“
“Was randomly craving donuts and this spot showed up on my google search with a high rating, definitely did not disappoint. They have soooo many options to choose from when it comes down to drinks and food (sandwiches, boba, fresh squeezed juices…) and if you’re feeling lucky, they also have lottery tickets and scratchers. Bought half a dozen donuts which were delicious and 2 drinks. I really enjoyed my green tea lemonade and the raspberry one was also good. The customer service was great. The gentleman who served us our drinks was so nice and welcoming with a great smile. Will definitely be going back.“
“I have been wanting to try Boba Bee for a while now, and I finally got around to it! I went on a Saturday night and it was not busy, I placed the order online and it was ready as soon as I got there. The inside is very nice and it seems like a place where you can hangout with some friends, I ended up getting the Ube Creme Brûlée drink and it was absolutely amazing! The Ube taste was amazing and the Creme brûlée was chunky which was a plus. I will definitely be coming back here! Love this place!“
“After bowling a couple games, I decided to stop in Cal Bowl Coffee Shop for a bite to eat. Went with something simple and healthy. A salad with the works. After placing my order (I was the only customer) I started wondering what was taking so long. Grab the salad out of the fridge and serve. Much to my surprise, the guy made the salad there on the spot. Fresh ingredients, including bacon, turkey, cheese, crisp fresh veggies and slices of egg! No pre-made salad sitting for days ... made there on the spot, and wow! Excellent. Seems everything is pretty much made this way. Definitely worth a short wait because the food and flavor is rewarding. AND my order was just a salad. LoL. Will be back to sample some of the special doughnuts and a cooked meal. Don't let the 'cafe' fool you, this is quality dinning.“
“Norwalk was in desprate need of local boba shop. This Boba Time location is amazing. Ive tried so many different drinks and they've all been delicious. Even thier coffee drinks are really good Staff is always very nice and willing to answer any questions. 10/10 will be coming back for more.“
“Now it became a shop of BOBA GRANDE under the new management. They are so kind and friendly. The shop is very clean and all equipment looked new. Taro boba which was my all time favorite, was so good and rich flavor in it. And I tried two Taiyaki, I've seen a lot on K-dramas :) it became my recommended bread of this store. I tried sausage, and pizza Taiyaki. You can actually see the whole process of cooking it. I Love this shop :)Parking: The shopping mall has enough parking space.Kid-friendliness: They provide kid friendly items, hat, bag, etc., that can be exchanged as numbers of my spending in the past (I am not 100% sure but this was what I herad).“
“Cafe Pruvia is one of the most underrated spots in the South Bay for boba. They definitely perfected the milk teas! Although I'm not a big milk tea guy, their drinks are quite impressive. Strawberry milk tea with black tea is so refreshing but also satisfies that milk crave. If you are looking for a fruit tea, I recommend the peach green tea as it is nice and tart. They also have amazing service and are very welcoming. Not to mention, it is a perfect place to study or work, as it is always packed with college students studying on their computers. I will say, the boba pearls can be inconsistent. Some days I would go and the boba will be really small while other days they will be just right. That's their only flaw. Other than that, I highly recommend cafe pruvia if you want quality teas!“
“I feel like I don’t choose drinks that taste good and it’s not the shops fault. Lol. I like to be random but it doesn’t work out for me. However, my bf is really good at picking drinks and his always taste delicious. They have many flavors to choose from!“
“This place was very affordable. 2 drinks, hot wings, bread sticks and my favorite was the shrimp egg rolls The food and drinks were great. Restaurants and restroom very clean. Arely was very polite!Jennee Reviews all businessesCustomer service is number 1Thank you Dining Tea ☕“
“Food here is very good and for this price range it's made to order and better then panda express. Highly recommended if your stopping by this area and looking for some Chinese food. Kids for to it before I can even take photo's.“
“Hands down my favorite boba place, absolutely ecstatic i no longer have to go to Downey for it. So many flavors, so many toppings, so many options beyond just boba.Their specialty drinks are so tasty and cute– definitely make your friends feel the FOMO when you post a Traffic Light (three flavors and colors in ? ?layers. Also they're doing something no other boba place I've seen do: reusable boba cups with boba straws. When i went they said they weren't for sale YET so maybe sometime soon...Also they went all out for Halloween decor, which was so cute and fun.“
“Service was fast, we went there during rush hour and still got our drinks within 10 mins. It was a big order too. I like the self order kiosk too, makes thing fast. In terms of the drinks, they're good. Not too much ice or sweetness, just the right amount.“
“Believe me, four stars is really good praise for this area. There are not a lot of Boba places near USC and to be quite honest, because I'm from San Gabriel Valley, I wasn't expecting a lot from this place. I was pleasantly surprised that the tea quality was pretty good and I got the standard milk tea at 25% sweet.“
“This is literally one of my favorite places. I love the ube brownies. Their coffee is good too. I normally get the ube one or their kalesta. If you go an hour within closing time they will usually have their pastries 50% off too! Also make sure to join their rewards program since you can get free pastries as you build up points. Good service and their desserts / coffee is good!“
“Easy ordering online or by a phone call. Quick pick up process, convenient parking space. But the food is the primary reason for me to go back to this joint. They have the best popcorn chicken in Cerritos. Of course their ground beef meal and pork belly stew meal are superb as well.“
“LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! This place is very local to my area, yet the first time I went was a few days ago. Well, I did go previous times, but I never stopped to think about the environment and amazing service. The owners of this place are extremely nice and welcoming. I always walk in smiling because they shine from a far:)! I can tell they enjoy why they're doing, which makes the food even better. I always have my order ready "#6, no onion no pickles, mocha cappuccino small." It's one of the highlights of my day and my moon always brightens when I go here. There's lots of regulars too! I come here with my uncle and he also agrees that he loves the service and food of this place, it's also priced very well :).“
“Love their king brûlée, got to know about it because of friends and go to it to satisfy the craving here and there asking for the king brûlée subbing pudding instead of boba. Might be a little too sweet for you like for one of my siblings they just ask for %75 sweetness.“
“Visited a few times and had great drinks each time with fresh boba. Got the Ube & Taro blend, Sesame and ginger blend (was worried the ginger would be too strong, but it was barely in it, which was fine with us!), red bean blend, and Vietnamese coffee. All of them were very tasty and true to their named flavors.I usually get no sweetness in Boba because milk teas and the pearls will usually already have some sweetness to them. However, with these drinks, I might actually recommend adding a tiny bit of sweetness to balance out the "raw" ingredient flavors a bit.I could be misled, but the boba drinks tasted like they were made with the real ingredients and not flavored with syrups or other imitation ingredients. One of the best, true to the ingredient tasting boba spots I've had. Would definitely recommend!“
“Another stop in my California review trip, and I stumbled on this Chinese food spot, and what a treat!I had the 2 items half and half on the rice and chow mein, we tried the orange chicken and spicy orange chicken and an egg roll to try.Everything was on point, fresh and delicious. The orange chicken was one of my favorites of the many I've tried, and the spicy was good to but not as fresh as the newly brought out regular orange chicken but was still good and something you don't see often.Overall, I definitely recommend giving them a shot. Keep in mind there was only one table, so plan on getting it to go.At 10 dollars for the plate, I have 0 complaints and will return for more.“
“Ordered the large fruit tray for my daughters b day party and we were very much impressed by the presentation and the fruit was very delicious! There was nothing left by the end of our party. Glad I found this place. Will use them again at our next party.“
“Came here on a Thursday around 7:00 pm no wait to order. Street parking. Inside was cute decor kinda tight seating. Service was friendly. They took a bit to give our order so have us free eggrolls. We ordered the dumpling they were a bit smaller than I thought but was good. Spring roll was good. Strawberry milk tea was refreshing. Matcha milk teas with boba was good. Price point was a bit high but understand since it is a small business. Overall, good time.“
“My girlfriend saw this place a while ago and we finally got the chance to try about a week ago, the food is so delicious, this self-serve place has a nice variety of food drinks and ice cream, so far we had had food from here 3 times , and last night we had pistachio and strawberry cheesecake ice cream, so delicious. We highly recommend this place when craving for Chinese food, and I believe is around 4 dollar per pound. Must try everyoneParking: Not very sure if they have parking in rear, but a long Pacific Blvd is paid parking, . But I have seen some free public parking lots in the area“
“I stopped by Chami and decided to try both some milk tea and the egg waffle. For the milk tea, I decided to get a large Thai milk tea. This had a decent flavor to it, no cheap syrupy after taste that you may find in other shops. The sweetness is fine as well, not overtly sweet. The egg waffle is plan and akin to a style from Hong Kong. However, the taste was rather plain. A decent pairing with a sweet drink, but overall it was a bit disappointing. Overall, Chami has se good milk tea, but I think the egg waffles are more of a novelty.“
“My husband and I visited here for the first time. We got Thai tea and blueberry rolled ice cream to share. Both were amazing and sitting at the restaurant with music in the background (loved that they played Bruno Mars) made our first visit pleasant. Not to mention that the owners are incredibly nice. This will be our regular hangout spot.“
