We had reservations for a Sat for my daughters bday. You pick out a cake (a bit pricey at $50 per cake) and then gather the decorations and extra goodies like candies, sprinkles, etc. Then your pretty much on your own to decorate. The kids had lots of fun and the workers were nice. It was an overall fun experience.
This is a great place to do an activity with friends or family. It looks like it's more family friendly but I fee like it is a great date activity or friends activity as well. The staff is super friendly and helpful especially the person that helped us, Che. Make sure you make reservations on Yelp because it can get super crowded on the weekends and they will not take walk ins if there are too much private events/reservations going on. This spot is so much fun and you can eat your creation after. I went with my family for a birthday and they all really enjoyed it. The staff is really friendly and are always accessible if help is needed.
