We dined in. First of all I wanted a lettuce wrap instead of a bun for my burger. The brought shredded lettuce. We wanted fries well done, it wasn't done. They had onion rings well done instead. When we told them the errors, they didn't even try to compensate. It was like we made a mistake, not the one who took the order who communicated with the back. I asked for 2slices of onion, they brought the whole onion cut up.Customer service was zilch. Doesn't even smile. We have eaten many a time. The staff doesn't live up to the company 's expectation. At this point, I can't recommend.

Consistently the best burgers I've ever eaten! I took my parents and they loved it as well. If you're hungry, I also recommend the trio appetizer sampler. It's a solid choice for the indecisive or those who just like to try everything. I had the hickory burger this time. It's a good balance of sweet and savory. And the orange cream soda is also great.
Good food, and they have an outdoor patio, so great place to bring your dog.

We have been to a lot of burger places in the Pasadena to Monrovia area, and Hook Burger is truly our favorite. First and foremost the food: the burgers have an amazing charbroiled favor, and the fries are out of this world. Their consistency is impressive, we've never had a bad experience, ever. Next, the staff is always polite, friendly, and attentive. The interior is cozy and comfortable. Overall, a special burger experience that we can't recommend enough!

This will probably be my first and last time coming here. I came as a coworker told me the food was good, so i decided I would order it for pickup on my lunch break. Despite ordering it so it would be ready when I start my lunch, I arrived for pick up and the woman in the front told me it was not ready yet and the order had just been placed (I ordered through doordash at 12:20 for pick up at 12:55-1:05) I waited in the lobby for 20 minutes for my order, and when the other woman called me to the front for my order, she gave me a very dirty look and handed me my order. I thanked her and asked for a bag with a handle as I was walking in the rain with an umbrella, and I saw her use handled bags for other orders and she basically threw it at me, once again giving me a dirty look and not saying anything. Before leaving, I asked for some ketchup to which the same woman stared me down, and handed me 3 packets of ketchup, one of which had a piece of snot on it. Once again, she didn't say anything, glared and basically threw it at me. I didn't do anything to be rude to her so I'm not sure exactly why she was being so rude to me. The food was alright, but I don't think I'll be returning based off of the customer service. I know rain puts most people in a bad mood but why be rude to someone you don't even know?

Happened to stumble upon this great find. I am so glad that we did. It's nice, clean and has great service. Everything was soo good! What a great well balanced dinner and they serve beer! The Wedge salad was worth it! Chimichurri Chicken Sandwich and the onion rings were nothing short of amazing.

Food was good, but you can only get a combo with their "hook" burger so they lost out on 3 combos. Just had water.

Delicious, juicy, charbroiled...did I say delicious? It seems like prices at fast food burger chains have gone up considerably. Why overpay for a meh burger when you can have a WOW burger for a few bucks more. Well worth it! I will be coming back soon.
