Been having dinner there more then 10years and today 3/23/24 a party of 5Cook burnt all the food lobster shrimp salmon I don't think I'll be going

Horrible experience. Not recommended for large parties especially if you want separate checks. The chef's on the hibachi weren't interactive with the guest nor entertaining. Benihana's puts this place to shame.

Jimmy's our go-to sushi chef at Shogun. He's always so welcoming and on point, it's like hanging out with an old buddy every time we swing by! If you're hitting up Shogun, make sure it's Jimmy!

The food is great!! Been going to Shoguns for 24 years now! Have seen all the ongoing changes to the restaurant but the food always was great! Love the shrimp, teriyaki chicken & steak, fried rice. We like to add the chile paste to the pink sauce The best servers are Rika & Stephanie! They're very friendly & welcoming. Chefs Anton, Daniel, Suki & Tri are awesome chefs. Food favorable

Everything was excellent!!! The drinks and food were great and delicious!!!! Gilbert was our server and he was outstanding and completely at our service and needs. He definitely knew how to make a customer feel welcome and feel like they want to come back!!! Great Job Gilbert!!!!! We will definitely be back :)

I highly suggest going during for their lunch specials. Either way this place is one you have to dine in to get the full experience. My family and I went during their lunch hours which allowed for quick seating and we had an amazing time. Not only were we entertained by our fabulous chef but our food was delicious and savory. 10/10 would highly recommend!

It has been 6 years since we last visited shogun. The menu has changed a lot. We decide to just eat at the sushi bar then teppanyaki. Our server Matt was amazing, would be coming around checking if we are good and was on top of what dishes still needed to come out Over the food was mixed, loved the sushi appetizer plate, the half roll trio, I would pick a few different rolls that were so heavy. We ordered a BCG full roll which we did not finish. The chef was a little too generous with the mayo and it over powered the scallop. The scallop were also cold which would indicate they didn't bake it long enough. The chicken karaage was a good dish to break up all the dish we good that was heavy in the rice Overall I was a little disappointed with the amount of changes that were made since we last came here. I understand restaurant have to adapt based on customer, but I miss their scallop dynamite dish. I was more impressed with the service and Matt being so attentive and on top of our order.

This place is getting more and more expensive. But you can't beat the taste of food here. 6 people, $350 with tip. But again, I just love the food. The service for drinks got behind a little and I had to ask for more rather than be asked .... But, did I mention how good the food is here? They also don't put on the show as well as they did 20 years back, but we like to come here at least twice a year for birthdays.... Everything is great here, steaks, shrimp, fish, chicken, everything!

GRACE CHAN

Chef mixed up customer’s order. When he accidentally gave another shared table customer the wrong food item, the chef removed that wrong item off her plate and put back on the grill to heat up a little bit and gave that food item back to my family. That lady was already eating off her plate. She was a stranger not belonged to my family. This is not hygienic!!! The chef should have gotten to get a new batch of that food item and cook it for my family. This is unacceptable to scrape off the food item off a stranger’s half eaten plate and give it to other people who don’t know her.

Needs better service and customer service, we were a party of 4. The entertainment needs better work. The chef experience wasnt that good. Food was decent, nothing special.
