Nothing special, in my opinion.Ribs were not seasoned to my liking. Tasted mostly of pepper. Beans, I tasted, but didn't eat. Won't be going back any time soon.

Food and services is great. The pulled pork sandwich is my absolute favorite. I have gotten it the last 4 times and it never seems to disappoint. The staff always welcomes me in as soon as I walk through the door with a “Hi!! Welcome in.” As I am walking out they always say “thank youuuu!”

This place has really fallen off... being completely empty should have been my first sign... went in to do the birthday meal with my son... no more sit and order... its a over priced lower quality slow fast food restaurant... you order at a counter now and they want to much money for low quality food... so hope it closes and something good fills the spot...

First time trying Big Bubba's Bad BBQ. The cashier wasn't very helpful and didn't know the menu. We ordered brisket, pork ribs, and onion rings. The brisket was dry. Pork ribs were tasty and tender. We thought the onion rings were terrible and very hard to eat and overpriced. I don't think we will return soon.

I just want to let every staff member and customer know that the Owner of this food concept Roger Sharp was on social media bragging about replacing workers with Pepper the Robot. I don't know about you but I wouldn't support any billionaire that wanted to replace hardworking folks with a robot.

Just had this place for lunch on our way home from visiting friends. The ribs my father had were done perfectly and the tenders I had were delicious. Everyone there was friendly.

My first time here, and if you want barbecue in Paso this is the place. The ribs are absolutely the star. The atmosphere is nice, but I would have preferred a sit down style compared to an order and seat yourself vibe. Sides are okay, but the service was great.

The worst beef brisket I have ever had. At $20 for half a pound with no sides or drink, insults are added to injury. It is bad and the owners should feel bad.

Terrible service, horrible food. The waitress is very rude, everything is dirty and they don't want to give condiments even though everything is very expensive.

Anybody who went to Bubba back in the day knows what I am about to say. This food might be good to those who have never had Bubba in the past. This is literally the fair menu. Ask yourself why you are the only group in the place. Ask why they are serving tater tots. As them why they can't serve fresh greens? Ask why there plates are paper to go or cold trays that immediately freeze your itty bitty rack. Ask why your bread taste freezer burned and not fresh. Don't fault the employees they know they can't make tips in an empty museum that brags about days gone by. The good days are truly gone. Even the pictures of so many fun nights. Sad. Anybody stopping in now won't get the best bbq in town.
