Brisket was inedible. So tough and chewy I couldn’t really break apart any of the pieces in my mouth. Tough to cut. Overcooked possibly in the microwave. No bbq/smoke taste. Basically ate the three bites I could manage to cut and tossed the rest. Cheap generic and forgettable sauce. On a road trip so had to split. Price of knowledge. It was basically a $2 slice of beef for $20! Learn from my mistake!
Very clean restaurant and not too busy when we visited. They took a little bit of time to take our Order however, the employees are very on top of things and very nice. The food was above average and taste, but a little pricey. The restaurant is right off the freeway, so no need to drive far off the highway if you're traveling.

My first time here, and if you want barbecue in Paso this is the place. The ribs are absolutely the star. The atmosphere is nice, but I would have preferred a sit down style compared to an order and seat yourself vibe. Sides are okay, but the service was great.
