If there was a class greater than 1st, Copia would be it! My friend and I visited on 4/13. It was a cold and rainy day but the exceptional wines, food and staff at Copia made all of that disappear! We sat and chatted with one of the owners, Anita and really enjoyed company and stories. If you go, do not skip the food pairing!

The wines paired beautifully with each food item. During my visit, I enjoyed everything so much that I had decided to join the Copia Vineyards wine club, which is my first wine club membership in the Paso Robles area!

We come back at least once a year and each time there's something new, they're always growing, and their passion grows with them! The small band of employees remember you and make sure you're having a great time. I love the Source, it's my favorite red, and my husband like the White. I would recommend doing their wine food pairing, it's like little gourmet plates that bring out the wine so so well! This is our first wine membership, and we're so happy with our choice!
