We first discovered Copia in 2020 and instantly fell in love with all the wine and everyone that works there! We come back at least once a year and each time there's something new, they're always growing, and their passion grows with them! The small band of employees remember you and make sure you're having a great time. I love the Source, it's my favorite red, and my husband like the White. Sean was a wonderful host. He explained the wines and the history of the winery and its owners. I’m a member of other Paso wine clubs and I think Copia’s wines are superb. Very approachable even at a young age.The new location in the vineyard is a fun experience

Victor led our tasting experience and was extremely knowledgable and friendly. The tasting room is very comfortable and great sense of place looking out onto the vineyards. Beautiful fight of wines!
