Unfortunately, we had to do our tasting indoors because it was raining, but Denis made sure our group of 11 had a great time. We were there during the time he had a herd of sheep on his estate eating the weeds and fertilizing, which was a lot of fun to see. Denis is not only an amazing winemaker but also had an incredible career in the music industry. We had a wonderful time tasting wine here for my friend’s birthday. Dennis was an amazing host and all of the wines we sampled were delicious. The grounds were beautiful. It’s a great place to spend an afternoon in Paso.Bonus - it’s dog friendly!
