Location on Pine Street temporarily closed but shows as open on Gmaps, went to 6th Street location per sign on Pine, parking was very limited and line in store was long. Hopefully it will smooth out soon.
I'm so happy I found this place! I usually stop at one of the two full vegan spots in Paso when I'm driving through town. The only problem is they don't open until 11 and I wanted breakfast. I got the vegan spinach scramble in a regular tortilla. It was so good and fresh! Sometimes when the restaurant isn't fully vegan you never know how the food will be.
