Would rate it lower if I could. I've been here a few times and they always get the order wrong ALWAYS and whenever I ask to have them remade they're so rude about it and unapologetic. Not sure who the manager is but they need to step it up and have their staff well trained on customer service. Today I placed a mobile order since it was the closest one to me and it went through when I went to go pick it up it was closed and I waited outside until one of the girls finally decided to come talk to me since I showed them my mobile order and told me they are closed and can't make it since everything is already cleaned up and told me I could go to another store. I could understand that but it's my time and gas wasted. I had way too many bad experiences here save your time and go to another location.

There has been a sign up for weeks stating new temporary hours, which has a closing time of 2:30. I made sure to stop by at 1:40 PM along with 5 other cars in the drive thru to only see it is closed. As a courtesy to your customers, you should really put up a new sign if the hours are changed that day so your customers and not sitting in the drive thru waiting for someone to take their order.

Completely understaffed! Waited 30 minutes in Drive through line. I would of left but was trapped between cars. So disappointed, better off not open.

The only thing you can count on at this Starbucks is inconsistency. They get your order wrong about 75% of the time and the costumer service is terrible. I don't know how hard it is to make a pumpkin cream cold brew correctly, but it is always messed up. Would rather drive across town than waste my money here.

Worst Starbucks in town. Staff is always rude and lack common sense customer service skills. 20 minute waits for drinks. They close their lobby but still let you order on the app so you get stuck in the drive thru for 30 mins. Save yourself the hassle and go to one of the other 3 Starbucks in town.
The worlds worst Starbucks! I order 2 drinks, coffee cake and an everything bagel. The woman (looked like the manager) slammed my drip down so hard the coffee came back up through the kid. She turned and walked away. I wanted no less than 10min for the pastries. I finally had to ask… twice. The girl said “we’re out of the everything bagel. I’m like “I’ve been stand here and no one could inform me!” I said just give me the plain. It seemed to be too big of an issue for her to toast it! Meanwhile there were customers with dogs inside that were trying to jump on customers! I let her know that, by far, this was the worst coffee shop with the worst service I’d ever visited. It was sad that the gentleman behind me said “I agree” as well as the woman sitting at a table. You have to be hard up for a cup of coffee to stop by this establishment! Just terrible!!!

This was comical, I had to laugh. Honestly this Starbucks is the worst! My food and drink were left on the drive through counter as the cashier was doing something inside. She was definitely new so I can cut her a break for that. After about 60 seconds and realized she probably went on her break I got out and got my coffee. Then when I got to work I realized it was the wrong drink, no clue where the almond milk came from. This drink was flavorless, as I am writing this I see it says item 2 of 3. I only ordered 2 items. I always pay with the app, but today I paid with cash. They got a nice tip, never opened the window until I was driving away. There are other Starbucks in Paso, do yourself a favor and head to one of those instead!

This is a very poorly managed Starbucks. I don't like to give bad reviews but I've been burned by this one too many times. Super long wait times and bad attitude from staff. Every single time I've visited has been a bad experience. Don't go to this one. There's at least 3 others in town you can visit.
