The service and food is great, workers are nice, ect. However... they have these new flimsy plastic lids that don't fit the cup- barely picked up my hot chocolate and the lid popped off, the contents inside exploding out on to my work clothes. :( A lid has one purpose and this is a coffee shop. So I feel this vendetta I have against a piece of plastic is justified.
Coffee is their specialty, always reliable and at times outstanding. I don't suggest eating here but when you're on the run it will do the trickKid-friendliness: Kids love Starbucks and it will keep them occupied

The only thing you can count on at this Starbucks is inconsistency. They get your order wrong about 75% of the time and the costumer service is terrible. I don't know how hard it is to make a pumpkin cream cold brew correctly, but it is always messed up. Would rather drive across town than waste my money here.
