We were in Paso Robles a couple of weeks ago. There are so many great wineries there. This was our first visit to Volatus. The gal taking care of us was wonderful! Very friendly and made sure we were well taken care of. The wine is great, especially for the price. I very much appreciated the ambiance and the fact that the owner served in the military and flew jets. The tasting room shares another spot with another tasting room. At a recommendation from JLohr, we checked out Volatus this past weekend and were not disappointed. We came as a supportive veteran family, and left as big fans of the wine. We especially loved seeing the CHP patch on the wall. Way to represent!

We had such a fun time here! It's right behind Dark Star Cellars tasting room-recommend you walk right by that and into Volatus! The winemaker was full of stories and had us laughing the whole time. The wine was also delicious! The place has a military theme because the owner and winemakers we're/are also in the military. They do a lot of great stuff for veterans, too. Great place!
