“So many good things to say about my first visit at Li Xu's Kitchen. First of all it's an older stip building with the donut shop acoss the way (win-win.) Plenty of parking on street and in the parking lot. I knew I was in for a good lunch when I walked in and there were 6 other people ordering in front of me. I grabbed a menu by the door and waited my turn. You order at the counter and they get your order plated and to the register you go. The owner was helping a group of 4, another very nice lady came from the back to help me. I told her it was my first time in and she explained the combo plate, which is what I was looking for. Hot food is ready to go, if it's not ready they will have it made. I decided on the combo plate with chow mein and fried rice, bbq pork and teriyaki chicken. $7.50 for this combo plate with generous portions. They do have a cooler with canned sodas and water. Definately a take out place, I don't think there was any seating inside. Per their menu, dine in not available. The group of 4 that were in front of me were having their lunch in the parking lot off the tailgate of their work truck. Headed home with my food and was SO impressed! The fried rice was fabulous. I loved the BBQ pork as well, tender and slightly sweet. The teriyaki chicken was just a little salty and the chow mein was great as well. I can't believe I haven't been in sooner and cannot wait to go back. Service was A+, you could tell the owner knows her repeat customers. It was a pleasant stop and I can't wait to try more menu items. They do party trays if you order in advance with a deposit. Cash/visa/mastercard accepted.”

“I ordered through DoorDash. Excellent!This will be my first choice whenever I stop here. I ordered everything mild spicy, which was plenty spicy for me.I especially liked the ... the everything. I liked it all.”

“actually really good! two in my family got the banh mis and the other two got bagel sandwiches. both tasted fresh and healthy. i think this a great option if you don't want to do fast food since that's pretty much all the other options around, haha.”

“The food has so much flavor and the customer service was excellent!!I will be coming back I got a combo meal it was 3lbs or canitas,rice ,beans 2 salsas and cilantro cebolla pico and lemon and jalapeño..best canitas I’ve had!gracias !”

“Note: losing 1 star because they limit their salsa. Got four meals for four people and max was allowed five little cups of salsa without extra charge. I guess my advice is to have each person order separately to get the salsa you need! Why so stingy on salsa?!?Besides that, this place is delicious. I love their carnitas taco salad. Honestly anything with their carnitas is good (have also enjoyed the carnitas tacos and sopes).Absolutely delicious is their fried corn quesadilla. Just heaven sent.I have never dined in but gotten takeout five times and doordash twice! My only other complaint is add salsa to the doordash orders!!!!!Only item I have ordered and not loved was the chicken taco.”

Impeccable customer service from her ,I wish all employees from round table model from her ,had a large take order & store was just open and had many large orders this morning so bit of wait to receive my order but just the kindest and reassurance my order will be ready as soon as possible from her made it worth the wait!”

“First time here today and oh man was the food amazing. We ordered burgers and they were amazing! The owner gave us a sample of the tri-tip and the grilled chicken and they were both amazing! Definitely ordering the tri-tip next time. The staff and the owner were all super friendly. 100% recommend this place.”

“Stumbled upon this place. Wasn't even hungry but went in anyway. I got a Carne asada burrito, and birria. Since I wasn't hungry I didn't have any expectations but I was blown away! Both were delicious.”

“Love this spot at Flying J's...only thing is you gotta catch them once they open because they run out of the original mini pretzel nuggets and mini pretzel dogs that quick. I should warn you, be sure to check it first if you go later in the day because you definitely don't want the ones that have been sitting long under the warmer where it loses its soft texture and becomes hard. You want it fresh out of the oven that has that appealing look showing off that brown glossy surface and crystal salt and as soon as you bite into it you would just want to close your eyes for a quick moment to inhale that fresh baked bread aroma and it's buttery soft and chewy that you want to savor it's taste of each bite not wanting it to end. Sorry I was in the moment thinking about it and now I want to go buy some ?? but yeah 11am is the best time.”

“I pass this place a lot without stopping by, honestly because it's next to a gas station, and it couldn't possibly be that good...or so I thought!! today I stopped by thinking it was Wednesday, for dollar tacos, sadly its Thursday lol, but I still ordered and was pleasantly surprised. I've been passing up some deliciousness for far too long. I'll definitely be a regular now.”

“Eh. This location is in a gas station convenience store. It's ok. Nothing special. Food was pretty good. Not great. Only a couple tables. Really meant for take out. Good stop while traveling, I guess.”

“A small diner with big flavor! Mil’s was recommended to us by another Patterson business owner. We had fantastic meals and our server, Courtney, was so friendly. We had chicken fried steak (homemade & amazing), eggs and delicious breakfast potatoes. Coffee was good, too! We come to Patterson a few times a year and now we have “our spot” for breakfast.
