I really like this place. They have good beer, but most of their choices are on the lighter side. They do have one stout on the list, but it's not as good as others available in town.They have a permanent food truck here that has some pretty tasty food. Penn valley is more sightseeing then there is things to buy.So having this brewery in Penn valley is a huge thumbs up from me.I was born and raised in the area and I have an affinity for craft brews.Customer service is good. And the beer is better.

This is a little hidden gem in Penn Valley. They’ve got a solid menu of “bar food” and a comfortable area to sit (inside and out). I especially liked the Mastiff Bites. The burgers and fries were good too. My husband really likes their beer, too!
