“Pleasant dining experience and very popular spot right off I-80. We shared their Penang curry with salmon, and pineapple fried rice. They were delicious - I suspected the taste of their fried rice as it looked rather wet than fried, but turned out I was wrong. Everything tasted as expected. We came at 5pm on Saturday, there were tables and we were seated right away. Parking was limited and quite full in the front, additional parking can be found in the back.“

“Got back from a trip to Thailand and one of the experiences we had was how to make cold pressed coconut oil. The class included lunch and was Burmese. Fell in love with the Tea Leaf Salad and when we returned I had to find it near me. Found this place on a Google search and am so glad I did. We went there, unassuming, small place but with great service. The owner is the host, server and boss lady. Probably only one or two cooks in the back and keep that in mind. The food was amazing, fresh, flavorful and with a generous portion, we had leftovers. I had went back a few days later to get another order of the Tea Leaf Salad and the Curry Beef.“

“The food here is unbelievable. Really good. And, I'll bet it's a great karaoke place too. I don't personally like all the karaoke equipment around me (lights, stage, fog machine, etc.) but I realize that's probably just me.Staff is initially attentive. There is no follow up (at all) from your server after your order is taken so I rate them poor for service. But if you like good Thai food, I highly do suggest this place.“

“Just went to this place for the first time and it was amazing! The customer service was friendly and the food was very good. We had the pad Thai and pad see ew, both dishes were amazing. Portions are decent and good to split with someone too. Definitely a great Thai spot in Auburn!“

“This is the best Thai food we’ve had in the US. We had a favorite restaurant in Roseville but this place is better. Khao soi, Panang curry & Boat Noodle soup are all amazing. We were told management and cooks will be changing soon unfortunately, hopefully the new cooks can achieve the same quality and taste ??“

“This is the 1st Thai restaurant in 16 years that I can actually say I love! We moved from Denver, away from my favorite Thai restaurant, about 16 years ago. I’ve never found another restaurant that comes close to it, until eating at Ruen Thai. We have been a few times in just 2 weeks since discovering it. I get the fried veggie spring roll every time we go! If you like fried spring rolls, theirs are so fresh… crisp… delicious.. addicting!! We have also had the potstickers, massaman curry, the mango curry, and the pad Thai, as well jasmine and brown rice, all numerous times. I always want to try the mango coconut sticky rice, but am always incredibly satiated by the end of dinner! The portion sizes are big enough to share with another person, unless you have a BIG appetite!! I brought my leftovers home each time and just the 1 portion feeds me multiple times!! So it’s a great value when you consider how much food you’re getting. Service is always great, they are always very kind and attentive!! I can’t wait to go back!“

“I pass by this place a lot leaving my boyfriend's house and decided to order takeout today....boy have I been missing out!!!!! Great Thai is hard to find, especially trying not to pay an arm and a leg but this place was absolutely delicious and the portions were more than generous! I'm a snob for Thai soups, and the variety that they offered was out of this world, so of course I ordered 3! I got the traditional boat Noodle soup, the curry Noodle, and the Kao Soy noodle soup. The pad thai was also delicious (even my mom liked it, and she's a tough cookie). The staff was also very welcoming and kind and the young lady working the counter noticed i ordered my food spicy so she put extra spices on the side for me which was so thoughtful!!! I could go on but I still have some soup to finish, but please give Thai Peppers your business...you will be extremely pleased!!!!“

“This place is SO delicious! Besides this Yum Nuah salad (Beef Slices with Chilli Lime Sauce) I have only ordered Nuah Yang (Beef Sirloin with Veggies and Rice), but I have ordered them MULTIPLE times! The meat is good quality and cooked so well. It is juicy and never dry! You can tell them the spice level for the sauce, which is just perfection. I’m obsessed with this location!“

“I've been wanting to come here since it opened. I finally stopped by here with the kids after a full day of football games. We ordered the chicken wings, pork skewers and chicken drunken noodles. This place did not disappoint and we will definitely be back!“
