For the longest time I would defend Carl’s Jr as a pretty healthy burger franchise, unfortunately my last experience wasn’t that great.I frequently work closing shifts at in n out, we don’t get out till 2:30am. Came to eat lunch with my mom and 2 boys. We accidentally got the wrong burger, meant to ask for a spicy chicken burger but got a spicy hamburger. The manager did not hesitate and changed it right away. So happy because I hate complaining especially since we weren't clear and it was a misunderstanding on the cashier and myself.

Went by this place a little after 6 and there's no lights..but it look like employees inside.. this place has really went down over the last year maybe the company should look at maybe getting a new staff the location is great .. the last time I ordered a burger it came with brown lettuce and the middle of the patty was cold... ease take a good look at the reviews im not the only one speaking up
