Poor Management. Worst service ever in my entire life. The person in charge saying all this bad words in spanish. I waited 40 minutes for my food. I went in Satuday February 17 @8pm.
I seemed to get served by some of the nicest workers at this McDonald's. Tonight I had the pleasure of getting service by two nice young. The first was Alex. I was a walk up customer. He brought me my order. But then zi asked for extra sauces for my meal. I then napkins. Oh I need a cup of water. Oh could I get a drink holder. He NEVER complained. 4 out of 5 times I come here, there’s an issue with something. Bad service, cold food, wrong items, missing items, etc.I don’t understand how the franchisee (or McDonald’s) don’t address all the issues or the complaints. Better management could remedy all this.
