Loved the food enjoyed the new restaurant even though it's been opened for almost a year, but first time visiting the restaurant. I usually order to go through their food truck but decided to dine in, and I was not disappointed. The service was excellent! Price was reasonable, and portions were great. Definitely will be coming back soon! I went on a Sunday around lunchtime and was not too busy. The restaurant had excellent lighting, good seating, and an excellent atmosphere.

The molcajete is the thing to get although I haven't had a bad thing yet. I'm not big on Mexican style sushi but it's not bad here. I like getting the bottled waters such as agua de piña. This is something they started doing in Mexico and now here too it's more convenient to bottle up the waters and through a label on them. Service is usually they don't take long if it is not during peak hours. I have waited an hour for my food on a Saturday afternoon. Occasionally no one answers the phone and you can't pre order.

Our usual ceviche spot was closed and we spotted the El Viejon food truck and tried a tostada--it was GOOD. Today we stopped by the restaurant, and we're very impressed. The salsa and chips , my horchata , our roll and ceviche , the decor , and our server .

It was ok I ordered the Coctel de Camaron Y Pulpo , well let me say I had passed by and said on my way home I was going to order from this place to try it out so on my way home I stoped order and said like 15-20 mins for my order got it jumped in car and took off my wife was driving so I about 5mins into drive I cracked into it and was like oh it's good but I started to notice no pulpo I started digging in and none at all I was disappointed but knew off I called I'd get nowhere the cop tel was good but disappointing because I didn't get what I ordered won't be ordering from here again

This placed opened up a brick and mortar location just walking distance from their food truck. We were so excited to try bc there are always people here, which is a good sign. Well my husband and I walked in, the atmosphere is on point but once we sat down, downhill. We were only served chips and salsa our entire 25 minutes of waiting for a server to come and at least take our drinks/ give us some waters. Nada. Servers were walking back and forth attending other tables, it wasn't packed so there really isn't an excuse. Disappointed and will not be going here again.

This place initially started with a food truck and as of 6/22/23 they now have a restaurant in Bloomington. Waiters are still in learning mood but very friendly. Load music atmosphere.

Sushi, tostadas de ceviche de camaron are really good. The only thing with the coctel de campechana they serve more vegetables and it didn't have a lot of shrimp or pulpo. But besides that food is good.
