Everything I had ordered from this place had been perfect, portion size, flavor, price, up until I ordered the chicken breast sandwich. Worker did not ask if I wanted the broiled chicken breast or the crispy version. So they assumed the former and that is what I paid and recieved, and let me tell you I was very disappointed. The customer service there was the worst I've ever experienced in my life. They could not understand what I was saying over the phone. Because their phone system is so. The woman on the phone Whose name was Niellie Was very rude and unprofessional on the phone I tried over 5 × 2 explain my order to her and she still could not understand me because the phones were so bad.
