I'm disappointed I drove to the drive thru I ask for an order the person that helped me didn't ask if I wanted a meal I had to request it when I got to the window didn't get my meal I asked the person on the window I told him that I wanted a meal but didn't say sorry for the inconvenience

I work in the same parking lot as this place. My coworkers and me go here regularly. This place is TERRIBLE. I would give it NEGATIVE stars if I could. Honestly. The staff (besides one cool older lady with a visor) are disrespectful children who argue with each other AND customers. They will help people out of order. Ignore you when you can clearly see your order right on the counter. Conveniently get busy when you ask for their help despite walking around aimless before you wave them down. Just don't go here. It also smells like urine behind the counter for some reason which isn't exactly appetizing. The ONE time I used the restroom there? It wad SMEARED with feces. I wish literally any other fast food place was in my parking lot instead. Deleting my McDonald's app...

Everything was good, I ordered a 99 cent coffee with my app and i always add extra syrup..they did have me wait about 8 minutes just for a iced coffee .
Horrible service, everything was dirty, I recommend you not go to that place.

4 out of 5 times I come here, there’s an issue with something. Bad service, cold food, wrong items, missing items, etc.I don’t understand how the franchisee (or McDonald’s) don’t address all the issues or the complaints. Better management could remedy all this.
