We sought out Belfare because I am forever on this quixotic quest for the best fried chicken sando. I've been disappointed many times, but this time...SCORE! Not only was the sandwich perfecto, the fingerlings were a big win too. The sauces that came with the potatoes- another win. The staff were all delightful, accommodating, and helpful. We are definitely making the short drive from Santa Rosa to Petaluma again to enjoy everything that is Belfare. Bravo!

My friend & I tried one of their chicken sandwiches while strolling through the Tuesday Farmers Market in the Lucchesi Center parking lot. It was ok, nothing spectacular to write home about but it did the job of being our lunch! Fast foward to Belfare now having opened a store front (they still do the Tuesday Farmers Market from what I'm told) that is open Monday through Friday 10am to 2pm and that's it.
