We came in for some late dinner after shopping. Nick our server was very attentive & helpful. He left for a while and the other server that took his space for a while was not at all helpful or even acknowledged us. Food was good for fast food. I like getting the boneless wings with sauce on the side so if I take it home I can reheat it easily and reheats a lot better. The Hubby got a burger with fries. It was good. This place has really gone downhill. My family and I tried this place for the third time and it was awful. The service was ok, the food was forgettible but worst of all was the wait to get anything in our table. We waited close to an hour to get our food and it wasn't busy. Some people actually walked out because of how long their food was taking. It was crazy.The care the staff put into anything now is pretty much close to none.
