“For the record I LOVE Hawaiian BBQ food so I'm super biased. The plates are really large, I got one for me (Chicken Katsu with Curry) and garlic chicken for the wife. They come with 2 generous scoops of white rice and 1 scoop of their macaroni salad.I will reiterate, their portions are large and our combined food could have fed a family of 4 easily. Thank heavens we like leftovers. The quality of the food was great! The curry took me back to my youth and was perfect in everyway! The restaurant is clean and service is quick. The food is fresh and delicious and menu has a lot of options.I will definitely be back!“
“This place rocks!! Sometimes there is a craving that only really good Hawaiian food can satisfy. Mochiko chicken was well seasoned and had a wonderful texture. I think all fried chicken should be thigh meat as it is the best. Spam musabi was tasty although for me it had a little bit too much rice but that is just a personal thing. Lau Lau oh Lau Lau I ate it and ordered an extra side because it was just so perfect. Sides were perfect and fresh. I can't complain if I get Mac salad and potato salad on the same plate if is perfect and it was!! Thanks we will be back“
“This is a modest store-front restaurant in a shopping center that doesn't look like much, but the food is fantastic. I had the Green Bean Chicken and the beans were al-dente, the meat perfectly grilled, and the sauce was savory and garlicky- really, really good. My husband had the combo Chicken Katsu and bbq chicken plate, and the katsu was perfect and crunchy. The servings are generous and we have enough leftovers for another meal. Service is friendly. You may have to wait to get your meal, but the wait is worth it.“
