Confusingly BAD customer service. Been there 4 times and never greeted. Each time employee at register stands dead-faced blinking till I say Hello. Not a "can I help you" or a "hi" or, I'd even take a grunt at this point. Girl in front of me ordered Açaí bowl, register says there are no more strawberries. As many of us wait for our orders we see the rest of JJ crew continue to take out large containers of strawberries and put them on other Açaí Bowls, in smoothies, etc. Register girl then goes and tries to quietly tell crew to not put strawberries on THIS order. What?! Is there an inside joke we are not getting? Is there a competition amongst employees of who can just be the absolute worst that day? It's become almost comical. It feels like just the small action of opening their front door has not only burdened their day, but now they also hate my face. Never felt worse for just simply existing. DMV feels like chicken soup for the soul compared to this. Juices, bowls, all products are totally yumm. Glad they make it in front of you or I'd be in fear of a revenge boogie and an F-you toenail. Oof.

Let me start with I have been to many jamba locations. This Petaluma jamba has great smoothies, but the staff seems upset when you are ordering. These awkward and very unwelcoming encounters make me not feel it's worth going here. Definitely needs better customer service.

The staff here is amazing! I accidentally placed a mobile order at this location thinking I had placed it for the Jamba at Yuba City (where I live). I called and spoke to Melissa and she helped me get a refund, she was so understanding and went above and beyond to get me taken care of. She even followed up with me after she spoke to her manager. Thank you again Melissa for being so kind!

Let me start by saying I've been to this Jamba Juice several times, and usually, it is what you'd expect. Though they can get very backed up with Doordash/delivery orders and seem to prioritize them over walk-in orders who are standing and waiting for their smoothie, which always strikes me a bit strange, considering the delivery orders just get put into a freezer to sit and wait for someone to show up.This evening I was really looking forward to a smoothie after a warm day and went in almost an hour before they were supposed to close at 8:00 PM and was immediately told they would only be making plant-based smoothies. I understand wanting to tidy up a bit early to get out faster, but deciding to only make 13% of the whole menu for the last hour of being open seems a bit strange. That would be like going to 'the golden arches' and being told they could only make kid's meals and nothing else. Other people were outside disappointed with the plant-based smoothies they had just gotten, so I think we were all a bit let down. There were several employees working so it doesn't seem like understaffing was the cause. I could see all of the juices were still full, all of the sherberts were open and ready, all of the fruits were out, and the boosts - so not too sure why they couldn't make anything else. I hope they learn from this, and maybe don't close down an hour before they are supposed to, or if so, just change the hours to close at 7 to set a more realistic expectation for customers. Heck, I would even take a sign on the front door.Disappointing.

I really do love the Jamba juice location in this town but I do wish the delivery menu had a little more options for extras like the coconut whipped topping, and coconut shaving and the new watermelon smoothie. But together those two are just astronomically amazing!!

I've never been to this Jamba Juice before, and it's in a very quiet section of the plaza. I was pleasantly surprised to see two employees, and they were doing a handful of takeout orders or maybe DoorDash? Nevertheless, I was able to order my Caribbean passion since the last time I came to Jamba Juice I used to get a Pitaya Jamba Juice, which they no longer serve. Only the Pattaya bowls. Lol my boyfriend got the protein, peanut butter, smoothie mixture and he really liked it. He said it wasn't too sweet and was happy with the amount of protein that was inside since he wanted to feel healthier about his smoothie/dessert. HeeThe inside of the store was clean and very well lighted. There were maybe two tables I can think of as well as an outdoor seating area, but it was too cold. And I just wanted to go home and drink my dessert smoothie. Both employees were very helpful in his decision making and had knowledge of the various drink, mixtures and combinations. We will definitely be back again.

The team working here is ahhhhhmazing! I do mobile orders every once and a while, and they know who I am and its like an episode of Cheers when I walk in (where everybody knows your name ?) and they have my goodies pulled out and ready to go. A+ service every time. Thank you!

Skip this location. Waited for 25 minutes for a strawberry regular smoothie. It looked like the location was seriously under staffed to accommodate the long line of people who were waiting for drinks/food. It was not a hot day. The strawberry smoothie was sweeter than usual and less than full, more quality control is needed here.

I had to wait more than 30 minutes for my order, being glared at by the workers the entire time. The cashier was rude and seemed bothered by the fact that I was there as a paying customer. Look I get it, working minimum wage sucks but if you are going to ask me for a tip for half service, at least act friendly instead of acting like you wanna square up. Overall, the employees are about as rude and sluggish as your average dmv worker. When I finally did get my drink it exploded in my car. Idk what is up with this ratchet Jamba location but from the lids to the employees, nothing works.
